Need to do something about the morning staff. All the other times of service are great and prompt, but this morning, I was the only person at the order kiosk at the drive through, sat there for almost 10 minutes, and the line started backing up. Could hear giggling and other noises coming from the kiosk before someone took my order. When I was leaving, I noticed there were no cars in the parking lot, so that meant there was not a large amount of people inside to take up their time. This has become a common occurrence, and it is not the first time this has happened. I wouldn't even give this a star but can't post without it. I love the breakfast here, but I'm going to start going elsewhere.
This location was near a friend’s home so we ordered ahead on the app for pick up. It was simple to navigate and the order ready as soon as I drove up! The window attendant was TRULY as nice as they come, kindly honoring a request of tapwater for my pups (after all, they bought little burgers also!). There was a slight error that was recognized and remedied before I returned. The food was HOT (yay!) and yummy, and since my friends had already parted I shamefully REordered and tried a slice of HEAVEN (i.e., Hershey’s Pie… OMG, could have eaten a WHOLE PIE! Thank you,staff, for keeping the Burger King chain name high on my list! (forgive me Marlene as I know you can’t have dairy!) C’mon, please make lactose- & sugar-free desserts for others!???
Great employees! Order food for three people at less than $20. At first, the order was missing a few nuggets (only got 3 pieces lol) but went back and they gave me the two bags of nuggets I was missing plus an extra bag of the 8 piece chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich and sauces for free just for the inconvenience. Not to mention a drink as well. Perks of not being a Karen, thanks!!
We went today 1/18,..and didn't get our order of fries with our combo and the burger was wrong along with a burnt over cooked fish sandwich...Awful ...
No visible managrment; lots of joking. SLOW.Dining room is poorly furnished, dirty tables and lots of flies. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed my order went to get myself a drink and my order was ready with in minutes , I mean less than 3 minutes, that's amazing, I'm sure there was an octopus working inside that kitchen , orders were coming fast, all this was during the lunch rush. Great job and great service .
excellent costumer service!! the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot Mike Bowers is absolutely amazing at his job everytime I see him he's so sweet and kind to me he should get his own store ASAP!!
(Drive through) Way too long to make 1 burger. All staff members were talking and not paying attention to the costumers.(Dining room) staff was doing whatever they wanted even hiding so they could be On their phone. The kitchen was dirty and not to mention the dining room.
