My family and I go frequently because of how wonderful they are! The staff is always helpful in their recommendations, very polite, and they have yet to mess up an order! They work quickly and diligently.I just wish they had a rewards program because we go so much!!
Almost every time I come into Boerne I have to stop at the bubble tea factory. I usually try new drinks now a days so right now I don’t have a favorite but two of their employees, Brice and Bella, have made my experience worth coming back. They serve with smiles and the best attitudes I’ve seen. I love their drinks and employees. Definitely a place to go when visiting.

I went in to grab a quick piña colada smoothie with boba and they told me their Wi-Fi was down so they could only accept cash at the moment. I had a gift card and he tried to see if he could use it, but couldn’t without their internet working. I told them I would come back another time and proceeded to leave. Before I could Leave the parking lot, a staff member (I’m assuming the manager) came out and asked me what I was trying to order. I told him and he told me to sit tight. He quickly came back out with my order and gave it to me on the house for the inconvenience. They just gained a customer for life and someone who will always recommend them to others due to the customer service given to me. That is becoming more rare in this day and age. This was our second time visiting the Bubble Tea Factory. The first time we came in, there was a young man working the store on his own. He did such a great job taking orders and preparing tea and food! I was very impressed with how he was able to juggle everything so smoothly and calmly! This time, we have been equally impressed with the customer service and friendly vibe of the Bubble Tea Factory. We will be back often!
I had the bubble tea and was whisked away.To a time when I could afford rent, groceries, and my car payment. A happier time full of treats and happiness. 10 out of 10 would come back.

Wonderful and super kinda staff! It's always very clean, and the atmosphere is amazing. Every drink I've tried is phenomenal, and the cookie dough is delicious! 10/10 would recommend for anyone, whether you've tried boba tea before or not.
I used to be a supervisor at a boba shop in LA for two years and this place is top notch. Drinks were super refreshing and the boba flavors are awesome! If you haven’t already, check this place out!
I stopped in today to give bubble tea factory a try.Good service and the menu had a good selection. I ordered a blueberry smoothie with boba. It was just ok. Compared to other bubble tea chains the flavor was lacking. I will try another flavor maybe this flavor isn’t as good.
