Waited 40 minutes to get food. They have 2 people working during lunch time. I felt so bad for them. Multiple cars leaving. Need to fix the staffing issue. Food was cold and not good. Will not be returning until it’s been fixed.
They took 45 minutes for a relatively small online order. We were just waiting in the to go lanes for what seemed like forever. On top of this, they STILL got our order wrong. And the shake I ordered was half melted. I give props to the man who was working there. I believe he was in his 40s and 50s. He was the only one bringing out to go orders in a crowded parking lot on a 95 degree day. I'll go back in another month to give it a chance, but I'm surprised how bad it was.
everything we ordered was completely wrong. employee to busy talking and laughing right by the front door and stood out there for 5 minutes with my food in hand. I asked for a complete refund and they tried not to give a receipt until I demanded one.
Sat in a stall for 30 minutes then called the store for them to tell me that they are only taking drive thru orders. Why couldn't they say that when I pushed the red button and waited forever? Then they never answered the drive thru. All I saw was high school kids partying inside. Owner needs to monitor this store.
I would add ZERO stars if I could, it amazes me that this store gets my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THEM! This time I got a Chili Cheese dog with mustard and onions on it, the employees actually went out of their way to ruin my order. I also ordered Tater Tots with my meal and received fries. It has actually become a joke amongst my friends and family that this store messes up my order every single time I go there. The extremely rude employees get irritated when I sit in the drive through line and open all of my orders and repeatedly tell them what they messed up on. The sad thing is, the food is pretty good whenever it's correct, but I NEVER get the right order so that's completely invalid.
I gave Sonic a second chance, and once again a big disappointment. Food quality horrible, everything cold, hamburger buns hard, and fries taste like they were leftovers. Don't bother putting in instructions because that's a waste of time. Will NEVER order from Sonic again!!!!! You need a brand new staff that cares about what they're doing.
If it was possible to give Zero stars, I would. We ordered 6 drinks from the app at 5:00 and 20 minutes later we still did not have our drinks. We pressed the button to let them know and waited another 10 minutes for DRINKS! I went in to check on them and they said they were working on it. I waited until they gave me the drinks and when they did they were not correct and the sweet tea was not sweet and they gave us straws that were not long enough for the route 44. If we had not already ordered and paid through the app we would have left!! Needless to say, we will not be stopping at this Sonic again!!
I live close by and have gone to this location several times because there’s not another one close but this location is so bad. My burger had been burnt to a crisp every single time and my food is always cold. Love sonic but this location sucks
went to sonic today ordered a small hotdog and tatertots. when it was brought out every thing was cold asked if they could warm my food up.the girl came out to get my food and replaced it with hot food! but here is the thing ..with the world crazy at bay right now we the people who keep sonic in business..should ALWAYS get fresh HOT food we work hard for our money and shouldn't have to waste it on crap cold food! will not be back this sonic is definitely going down hill!
Stopped by this Sonic today to grab some lunch with the family. I placed our order through the app. Pulled into the stall, checked in on the app. We had a decent size order. We waited on the food to come out, enjoyed the chit chat while we waited. The lady that brought our food (Sasha) was a sweetheart. Super courteous and even apologized for the wait (which wasn't even that long). Everywhere is short staffed these days, we understand completely. We took our food home and oh boy. The burgers were juicy, loaded and delicious. Our drinks were perfection. Just the right amount of ice and carbonation. Chili cheese fries....drool worthy. Everything was on point with the food. Accuracy of the order. Customer service. First time at this Sonic and will not be our last! Kudos to the manager running this place and all the hard workers. You are appreciated and doing a great job!
