Rude and has no problem calling you a liar if you mention they left out food you paid for. Not a business I want to support. Poor customer service. I suggest you find another donut place not worth the disrespect.

I absolutely love this place! The donuts are always delicious and fresh, and the people working there are helpful and kind. Great family memories have already been made because of these donuts!
Donuts here are great and a great price. Would recommend if visiting or going through boerne to stop here. This donut shop is better then dunkin donuts or Krispy Kreme and cheaper. 5/5..
Best doughnuts I've had in years! We are from WI, and searched for a bakery on our way somewhere and was not disappointed with Snowflake. Thanks for quality (and the prices are good too)

Employees are super friendly, very helpful and polite. Oh and their donuts are the best. Yes. The best. Krispy Kreme WAS my #1 choice until I tasted the donuts from Snowflake. Although there are a few donut shops with the same name, ' Snowflake Donuts, ' they are not the same. There's really only one Snowflake Donuts located in Boerne. Any other just isn't the same.
