RUDE employees in the drive thru as well as inside the restaurant. I’d bet other customers experience this. Young employees working shouldn’t have such a disgusting attitude at such a young age. Leadership needs to take a look at how their employees are treating customers when no one is looking. Would never recommend this location based on my first and only visit. What a way to ruin my experience.
7/10 after 5 pm the drive thru service is horrible!! Ive never felt uncomfortable getting my food like I did today . The young child girl that works drive thru window is bad with talking at all not communicating the order with a smile . She hands me my order disrespectful then just close the window without saying a WORD ! Heck she probably just didn’t like the way I look if you asked me . I will never come to this discriminating group of workers again. Horrible hospitality and people skills by the trainers!!
Had a yummy vegan sandwich! Chips. Tea. Delish. Sweet, friendly staff. Clean. Something for everybunny.
Was a bit busy after church service but the food folks were ultimate pros. No problems and everyone got served in a smooth, quick fashion. Two thumbs up!! ????
Probably one of the best Schlotzskys I’ve been in! The inside was fantastic! The decor is so whimsical, bright, and very Austin. Ordered a turkey original and it was tasty as always. I give them 4 stars because no one greeted me upon entering. In fact, he walked up to the register after I was already standing there and he just stood there; no hello, no welcome, nothing. I don’t ask for much but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way!
Really nice staff! Really great food. Schlotzsky's does a great job and this location by far is the best I've ever been to. Thanks for handling my food with care and execution my order perfectly.
Food is good when your a customer, I do doordash on the side and when I go in here as doordash this older lady goes out of her way to make me wait. I can see the food I need I ask for it she looks at the order and she will make sure to do something else. My dash orders have been late many times due to her. Seeing how she treats dashers I will not go here any more as a dasher or as a customer.
Been wanting to try their calozones, I got the French Dip & the wife got an Italian. They were Big, fresh, & delicious! The restaurant was clean & the employees were fast & friendly. We will go back!
The young man taking our order was most helpful in helping me find the exact sandwich that I wanted and what was on the sandwich!
Love this place and eating inside so to come through on a Friday night for dinner and only the drive through is open was very disappointing! Waited over 30 minutes in line. Paid just as much in gas waiting as I did for my food ?
