This is the only Pizza Hut I go to. Service is always super fast and the employees are courteous. They listen and are willing to get your pizza how you like it. Would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!!!

Ordered late on New Years Eve so I was expecting a wait or some other issue. However, my order was filled and delivered super fast.
Ordered a pizza at 5:30 the other evening. Never received the pizza. Neither I nor customer service could get the store in Boerne, Tx to answer their phone.
Excellent customer service! This was the first time we ever dined inside this location as we usually do pickup orders. The restaurant is very clean including the restrooms which is a huge plus. The employees were super friendly and fast with our order making sure we had everything we needed. A+ all the way!

Pizza Hut has gotten very expensive, as such, the quality should reflect this. I received a overcooked pizza after 30 minutes and they forgot the breadsticks. While l was there l heard alot of credits being handed out for customers having to wait, refunds for angry customers, and while we dined in, the televisions were not working. Very disappointed. We dont like Little Ceasars and Dominos has no dine in, so l guess FROZEN it is from now on.
Pizza could be cut, also cooked all the way, and the right cinnamon sticks could be delivered.
Wonderful experience for a group of 8. Dinning area clean and Sanitized. Mary and Elsa were wonderful in taking our order and finding the best deal for us. Bread sticks, and pizza was delicious. They kept our cookie pie warm for us until we were ready.When calling this location, please keep in mind that you reach a call center. The online deals are different from location. Also the call center relays information about orders to the location. If you have issues with your order then you might want to call the call center first.I would recommend asking for Mary or Elsa
They were out of the type of pizza crust i wanted and then my boneless garlic parm wings were dry (flavorful) but dry no sauce the boneless wings were just flavored no sauce tenders.
