waitresses and staff were very friendly and the Brisket sandwich was amazing.

Server was nice but I had to ask twice for tea refill , food was good except for the pancakes ...why in hell are you putting vanilla and sugar in the batter ??? It's gross , pancakes are supposed to be savory and then when you add syrup it's like yin and yang . Or if like me you add salt and pepper and bacon or corned beef hash it's just savory . PLEASE STOP with the vanilla and sugar or at least give us a choice .

Very busy and short staffed but the wait staff is working hard and trying their best. Food as all on point!

Very poor service.Passing through, this particular location was recommended. Not a good ideal. We had a party of 7. The wait to sit was quick, but we sat at our table for 15 mins before I had to ask for a server. Our order was finally taken. We waited 30 mins for an incomplete order. 3 of our orders were incorrect. We asked for the Manager to address these issues. Might I add, at 1st she was eager to help. Then as the service got worse, we addressed more things. Stacy the Store Manager asked us not to come back. She confused us for another party from a previous day. As paying regular customers of Denny's, this was definitely unappreciated and not appropriate for a Store Manager to be this rude. I asked for her name, she then replied with "I will give you my boss's name and their boss's name also." Threatening to call the police. I work in customer service myself, I understand having a responsibility to giving Great Customer Service. This Manager needs the proper training to dealing with issues regardless of her personal feelings. You can not blame your staff and take ownership to the mistakes and move foward. This will be the 1st horrible experience with Denny's.

Denny’s Restaurant in Boerne #7303.I am only giving this 4 stars because of our very kind, and professional waitress.If it were not for her I would have walked out with my family. We waited an extremely long time for our food, the establishment was dirty and sticky. When our waitress asked the cooks about our food it caught my attention that they were yelling at her and being extremely nasty to her! The waitress was very professional in her reply that we had been waiting over an hour for our food!I would like to say once more, our waitress was amazing and made our experience better. If it wasn’t for her I can not imagine how horrible the experience could have been. Quality workers such as the waitress deserve to be valued and appreciated!

Would have given a higher rating but this dennys has the WORST bathroom ever. The smell of fresh sewer and black looking mold growing on floor tiles. Sink water did not turn on. Soap dispenser full but would not give out the soap. Sign on bathrooms door said dennys prudes itself on clean restrooms, WOW, REALLY?????

I’m giving this experience a 4 star due to the amazing server/hostess. Both Ismael (Junior) and Haylee were absolutely top notch. They actually worked well together serving, seating, cashing out and Junior even jumped in the kitchen to knock out orders and kept my coffee full the entire time!! Haylee at 8 months pregnant, kept her professional demeanor as Stacy berated her to a customer. She never let it get to her and continued giving wonderful service. The terrible manager, Stacy, was unprofessional, jaded and vile. I heard her call her staff crazy twice to a customer who was upset about waiting to be seated of which they only waited for three mins. Hands down, Stacy the manager is the reason why they are short staffed and can’t keep good employees. She is a terrible cook as well. She made a half zesty nachos that was very underwhelming. Corporate needs to promote Ismael to manager and Haylee as the assistant and pay them what they are worth. I was so disappointed to see a manager treat the employees with so little dignity and respect. I understand running a restaurant can be stressful but thank goodness that her jaded negative attitude didn’t rub off on those stellar employees!!! so thanks to Ismael and Haylee for a great experience unfortunately due to management I will not return.

We walked in and there were about 10 people in line to be seated. After a few minutes, another couple walked in. They waited for about 5 minutes and left. There were about 4 people that left after them. We were finally seated and we got service from a young, pregnant lady. She was very nice all during our stay there. She apologized for the delay being that they were short handed. By the way, their food was very good. Thank you.

Waitress forgot about us for an hour. When she finally remembered we were there, she took our order which took another 45 minutes to get there and our food was cold. Another server was belligerent and extremely disrespectul when we asked about our order.We understood that the place was full and they were understaffed, but the attitude was uncalled for and unacceptable.Worse service ever!
