I came out to Bernie with my two best girlfriends and we had a wonderful dinner at the cypress grill! Service was excellent, we had the pork shank with pasta absolutely to die for! The cypress grill Is a great place for Date night or just to have fun with a bunch of your girlfriends

The food was AMAZING, but all of the hard surfaces are not good conductors of quiet conversation. Adding fuel to the fire, the waiters toss the forks and knives back into the organizer near the back of the restaurant, so for the auditory person...this may well just drive you out. The food was impeccable and so was our server...just auditory overload for us. One final note - then young man filling our water glasses had black fingernail polish and I know thatâs a fad right now but it should never be allowed in a restaurant setting
Average experience for a steakhouse that charges $50/cut of meat. The waitress put our order in wrong so my steak had to be remade. They didnât offer to redo my guests so had to ask that they start over so we could eat togetherâ¦then the chef came out and asked if he could cut the filet in half to make it cook fasterâ¦NOT! Not exactly what I would call good customer service. Wine list was ok but donât come here looking for anything but wineâ¦they donât have it. Not sure Iâll try again knowing I can drive to the RIM and get what I expect.

Great service, nice location. Not much parking, but what you would expect for downtown Bourne. Excellent food and a better than average wine list.
Excellent menu. We went for lunch and then went back for dinner! For lunch I had the cold smoked salmon sandwich, delicious! Dinner was even better.
We are local & love Cypress grill for dinner when family from out of town comes in or to finish up a day in Boerne. However, we were definitely disappointed with dinner last night @ CG. Food was not as good as it used to beâbeen going for a couple years now. I know a lot of places are going through hard times so I get it. My food was not very warm when I got my plate. First couple of bites were great, warm and I was enjoying it, then my food was instantly cold & lacking some flavor. I got the Steak Dianeâmushroom sauce on the steak is what was cold. It just threw everything off for me. Then, Someone in our partyâs, steak was not brought out medium rare as requested-it was just rare. He wasnât upset just asked for it to be cooked a little bit more. It came back out & he couldnât even cut it w/ a steak knife. Just a bad cut of meat & not cooked properly from the get-go. We tried dessert & it was wonderful so that made up for everyone thinking their dinner was âehhh.â I am sure iâll return but nervous to recommend it to a first timer.

We had not dined at Cypress Grille in a while and decided it was time for another trip to Boerne to dine there. We made our reservation and were promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. Our waiter, Glenn, was attentive and courteous. I ordered the Steak Diane and Sue ordered the Pork Shank. Both were prepared as instructed and we were surprised by the generous portions. Both dishes were very delicious and we paired them with a 2017 Provenance Cab. We finished the meal with the lemon cake dessert that was light and very flavorful. All in all we had another excellent dining experience at Cypress Grill. Weâll definitely be back again!!
