We live just down the street. We come here on occasion and haven’t had quite the start we had tonight. We were seated right away. After figuring out what everyone wanted we realized we still haven’t had anyone visit the table. So we waited another five minutes before I decided to get up to ask the host if we had been assigned a waiter. She said yes, had a pow wow with a group of servers and still no one came by our table. Many breakdowns there. This is the first time that we have walked out of this location.
Great food and great visit with friends always (5 to 7 times a week!) but one of the waitress was always unintetive to serve me and very rude...I made a few complaints to the managers on duty over a period of a year and today they turned the situation around on me and banned me for no reason of reality! The manager even claimed she banned before, however I never even seen her before and I been in Hawaii about 10 months until recently! Also since I been back I noticed that Maggy (one of the waitress) and I few other waitress look very messy, very tight jeans and their Chilli shirts untucked and gathered above the waist... VERY unprofessional!!!, And their waitress Mattie always looks stung out and dirty!
If I could rate a 0 I would. Waited to be seated after having walk up to waitress ,after she ignored us, to seat us and food took forever to get. Do not recommend.
Continue to not fulfill online orders correctly. Wait time is never realistic if you order after lunch. Just waited 35 minutes for what was supposed to be three meals just to get home and realize they only managed to get half of our order. Missing appetizers. This has happened twice in the last 2 -3 weeks. I didn't think I would have to do double check on our order after already explaining the issues we previously encountered ? they were nice enough to offer to refund me for what they forgot to add to my order? I mean that is a no brainer right?? I didn't get my food that yall failed to pack. I'd expect my money back on what you forgot. Boerne has plenty other food options. I'll be going else where from here on out. This is old.
Best experience ever. Lawrence was such an attentive server and was on top of the serving game. I'd definitely come back to this Chili's again especially if Lawrence was working. Great food.
Worst take out salad.. ever.I'm a large man, a lunch salad sounds great, Chili's has a house salad. Awesome. Nope.They give you 2oz of lettece, a tablespoon of diced tomatoe, 6 croutons, 4 ringlets of onion, one teaspoon of shredded cheese and three slices of cucumber.... No joke, order one to go. Don't bother ordering extra avacado or tomato through the app, apparently no one there can get the order right. My cup of chili is also absent... Calling up there did no good. Some Snippy thing annoyinly rolled excuses at meI'm deleting the Chili's Ap and marking them off my lunch list at work. I'm sure gonna miss those appetizers, but if you cannot make a big salad... a big man trying to eat better has to spend money somewhere else.
Fast service and good food. Staff was friendly and manager made a point to check on all tables to ensure everything was satisfactory.
First of all, the traffic situation is horrible. This is not their fault but you would think they provide better service for the people who actually endure the traffic to get there! Well my first visit, I got there and they locked us out because their computer system was down, instead of having us come in and sit down and maybe letting us have a drink or a snack they just chose to lock us out in the parking lot. Don’t go!
They make the best avocado bacon grilled chicken sandwich. A cold beer and a beautiful wife life is good.
Dirty, ripped seats everywhere, music blasting from the kitchen. Sweet servers though, too bad. Just badly maintained and managed.
