Great coffee, even better staff. Got lucky enough to hit it at a street fair time. Besides being part of a gun store, they sell cigars....what more could you ask for!! Put this place on your to do list, I will definitely be going back when we head back there.
Great coffee, nice and strong and full of flavor. Makes a great little stop in the beautiful town of New Braunfels. The customer service is excellent as well, the whole staff was very attentive, polite and kept a smile on their face.

SO GOOD!! Stopped in for a mid-day cold coffee while out shopping. Every worker was kind and smiled when we were walking into the store (sometimes a rarity these days) so that was very refreshing! Moving forward, the service was quick & top notch, and the coffee was awesome; will definitely return when back in the area!! We had an espresso mocha with caramel cold foam and a simple nitro cold brew which were both awesome?You can also buy their bagged coffee in store along with apparel; overall really cool place.
Favorite coffee shop out there. Not only do they do a great job helping other veterans but they do a great job with their coffee. This isn’t just a brand, it’s a quality product. It’s great to see them carry that forward in their retail locations such as this one.
Love BRC and everything they stand for. Great coffee shop, awesome atmosphere and very kind and attentive staff. The merchandise is top notch, great coffee, shirts and mugs. If I lived out in Boerne Id be there everyday. Please open one in NB.
Great coffee. Both the black coffee and their coffee drinks were excellent. Apparently, they source and roast their own coffee beans. However, the baristas were unable to tell me the countries of origin although they ventured a guess on the continent.
My husband and I are coffee drinkers and took a drive to Boerne to spend a day shopping and enjoying the Sunday. He is a retired Marine and we always support veteran owned businesses. We have been to BRCC in SA at the 281 location numerous times and have always had a good experience. The Boerne location was nice and as usual we purchase some shirts and coffee mugs. What was a little disappointing was no one asked us if we needed any help to find anything while we were looking until we were there for about 20 minutes. I didn’t get her name but the girl with the long lashes and long nails was super nice and helpful. She went to the back and got my shirt and gave great service.
Great experience at Black Rifle Coffee. Good location. Great set up. Lots of cool merch. Coffee was great too. Friendly staff went out of their way to look after us. Highly recommend.
I'm guessing this place does not have a manager or needs to get one that's trained. I don't see anyone caring if people are taken care of or helping the kids behind the counter that are obviously struggling. Our orders were wrong and we waited a long time to get them. I won't be visiting this location again. And maybe I'm sensitive, but I don't like that they say they're veteran owned when the owners of this location are not veterans. The creators of the coffee brand are veterans, but that's it. If you want to support veterans, you can purchase the coffee and merchandise online.
