We went for a late lunch on Sunday around 1. We were a party of 6 and were seated right away. Service was fast, food was great, bread super delicious! I would definitely go back again. Lunch menu had many options and was only $8.99 which included a nice salad.
Delicious entrees!!! We had a little weekend girls trip and chose to eat out at different spots each meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the many good eateries in Boerne! Bella Sera was one of those. The calamari needs work but the entrees (because we all tried each other’s plates on our table) was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!!
Always good. I order the more vegetarian/vegan dishes. No weird additions to the courses....just more simple Italian style. Also good size portions. Win-win.

The bread knots and olive oil dipping sauce and a glass of wine were a delightful start to our meal. The lobster ravioli was a little light on lobster (maybe 2 oz) but the sauce and the raviolis were excellent.
Absolutely outstanding Italian food and for an amazing price. Lunch special are $8.99 for more than enough food for lunch.
Nice, small town Italian joint. I wouldn't make this a destination place, but if you're new to Boerne or in the area for the day, yes! This is a great option!
To be frank, I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews. They're either paid or people who have never left Boerne and therefore never had good Italian food.I've been here about 15 times in total over the course of the 17 years living here, once or twice a year I give them another shot because I believe things can change.However nothing ever changes here.To cut straight to the point the food here tastes 100% like premade microwavable food you get from a grocery store but worse. Like from a gas station. That is the most accurate way to describe it. Nothing tastes good, if it tastes like anything at all. I guarantee everything here is microwaved. What's worse is everything you get is sopping wet. The texture is rubber. I honestly for the life of me have no idea how this place stays in business while Naples somehow died out.If you are new to Boerne, heed my advice and steer clear.
This is some serious Italian food. The waiter said it is family owned and operated. Huge menu with sauces to die for over lathe portions. This was our second trip. CLEAN, FRIENDLY FANTASTIC!!
I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was phenomenal! Our waiter, Tony was so friendly and attentive. He spent time talking to us and making us feel welcomed and at home. I will drive from Austin just to taste everything on their extensive menu!
