WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Every time I order from the location something happens AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! this particular time I ordered wingstop delivery and my food all of a sudden on the tracker said it was delivered and completed after over an hour of me waiting but I look outside my door and no food, so then I call them and a man picks up the phone and I tell him about my situation. And he tell me “DoorDash hasn’t been doing their job today so it would be best for you to come pick it up” so I go pick up the food after waiting hours for it and when I get there I ask about my delivery refund and the tip refund since it wasn’t delivered and they all say they don’t know sooo now I’m stuck with food that’s been sitting for over an hour and no refund

Stood outside the door from 10:52 till 11:05 waiting on them to come unlock the door. Finally I caught the eye of one the employees and shrugged my shoulders in away that said, when you going to open? He looked back at someone and then turned back to me and just stared at me. Finally I tried the door and sure enough, it was open. I guess they thought it was funny watching me wait out there. I didn't.

I normally like Wingstop, but I am done with this location. The food tastes fine, but the service leaves a LOT to be desired. I have ordered from them multiple times and always have to wait, even if I show up after the time the app says it will be ready. If something is wrong, you bet it won't get fixed. Most recently, after placing an order through their app for only an individual meal, it said the wait time was over an hour. Considering that this was on a run-of-the-mill Monday, it was surprising. I called to cancel the order since I didn't want to wait that long. I was told that the order was cancelled and I would be refunded within the next couple of days. Well, here we are two and a half weeks later and I still haven't been refunded. I also cannot get them to answer the phone no matter what day or time of day I call. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to see my refund. But I'm also pretty sure I'll never eat there again.

Ordered from here lastnight night and had grubhub deliver it. Our delivery driver was nice enough to say they were a bit busy and they were behind. When our order arrived some of our order was missing. So considering our order was 60$ we tried calling the store so we can try to fix our order but we were automatically was put on hold then after a few minutes hung up on multiple times. The store manager called today to supposedly fix our problem but she stated they had 6 people quit on them and that they were short staffed. She checked the cameras and they were a bit busy. Well that’s not the customers problem that’s inside the store problem maybe she should reconsider her tactics as a store manager to make her store better. If she knew they were going to be short staffed then she should have been there to help or figured out on a Friday how to get coverage. They’ve always messed up our order given them multiple chances. It doesn’t matter if they are short staffed or not you’ll still have issues. Good Luck!

Food was raw and hair was found on my wings ? I used to love eating at this place but now it seems like the workers just don't care about the customers and wait time is alot longer than any time they tell you plus management was being rude I give no stars and I will never eat here again I hope someone reads this and takes the warning

Human error is totally understandable and the fact that my order was messed up tonight (not the first time though) is not the end of the world. However, when a manager has no soft skills and is rude to a customer that is grounds for a poor review. Unfortunately, the way this manager handled things was disappointing and really makes me wonder if the location is worth it even though it’s closest. 2 stars bc it’s wings (yum) but the service by leadership is terrible!

The lady with the drawn on unibrow has been being extremely rude to staff while I’m sitting in eating food she has no manners and instead of helping consumers she’s yelling at staff to go deal with people I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again. I would rather go to temple and have them possibly mess up my order then deal with the hostility in this store. She was yelling at a young employee about respect while disrespecting the employee it was horrifying to watch my whole family was sitting there as she boasted about being the gm and then started yell at other employees telling them to not listen to the employee as she crated a whole seen about how they all must respect and listen to her this was a horrible experience to say the least

The wings are good, we always get garlic parm, bone in and boneless, ? are great! I usually call in and pick up, usually ready in 15 minutes, I would recommend, never eaten inside, but I see others, and it's always clean.

This is the 3rd time I've had my order from the Belton location. I don't know why they can't get their act together like the temple store. But from now on I will be driving to temple. I opened my bag to find the corn that I had just thrown on the side so when I tried to take it out it dumped all in the bag. The last time I was here the chicken wasn't even cooked. And drenched in oil when I was supposed to have a dry rub for the parmesan garlic garlic it was all oily they weren't even crunchy like the thighs should be. Extremely disappointed with this location now, they used to be so good. And when you tell the employees there's an issue they just look at you like you have 3 heads.
