I'm not sure what's happened to this location, but the service and food quality are not what they used to be. I waited over 30 minutes in line for my order, didn't complain or anything when I finally got it. And then, when I came home to eat, it looked like it was leftover dog food. There was a splash of sour cream and guacamole, the beans were hard dry, and the steak was also dried out. I hope they get back to the quality of food and service they used to be.
Drive thru was decently fast. Just needed something quick. At the last window when I was given my food I made sure to pause and ask if everything was in the bag? The older gentleman (maybe the manager or shift lead) that handed me the food gave me a look like I was bothering him, never checked the bag, just yelled out to the staff working the line, and told me EVERYTHING was in the bag. Even though I wasn’t confident in his answer I drove off. And of course I had missing items. Not really sure why the gentleman seemed bother by my question as if I was adding more work to his day. But he did make me feel uncomfortable during our interaction.
Fast service, fast food. Bean burrito was all tortilla with little beans or cheese. Nacho chips all broken and dumped into the bag, cheese sauce was ok just a tablespoon full. Pintos and cheddar bowl horrible. Beans clumped and dry. Asked for hot sauce packets did not receive. For $6.00 should have gone to somewhere else.
Kevin took my order this by far was probably the easiest order I’ve made he was very efficient and alert with the customers he had at the counter
Stopped in to have lunch with my kiddos and Kevin greeted us took our order and just made us feel so welcomed. Love to see people who enjoy there job, he made sure we were well taken care of and even checked on other customers. He’s the type of employee everyone wishes to have. Keep up the good work Kevin Taco Bell is lucky to have you!!!
I LOVE the new kiosk to place your own orders! I like to modify my orders and not feel rushed so this is perfect for me! The store was and always is clean. I ordered and only had enough time to get 3 drinks before my food was ready! The main highlight of this particular visit though was getting to meet the friendliest Taco Bell employee I've ever met! His name is Kevin. He was so sweet, funny and just all around the ideal employee! I wish there were more Kevins in this world! Thanks Kevin! You're awesome!

I paid $1 for 5 cinnamon twists. This is less than 1/2 the size I got last time. My daughter is very unhappy. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff was great.
Wires got crossed while ordering in the drive thru because godmother was talking as well and the lady taking the order overheard her. Order was messed up a bit. Took food inside to fix order and the guy making orders and young lady at counter taking orders did a great job in correcting everything. Thank you guys!
