These employees strive for perfection, and when a mistake is made, they are quick to make things right. This in one of my favorite coffee shops.
They’re really good, my girlfriend and I (Mostly my girlfriend) go there at least 3 times a week. My only complaint is that they are normally out of a lot of things you try to get but it’s understandable because a lot of people go there
I have to give them 5 stars even thought I didn't get what I ordered. We drove a long way and I needed a bit of caffeine to wake me up, but I can only do tea. I placed an order at the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of us, but it was too slow. We waited patiently until it was our turn and the guy told us they didn't have my order. I was so disappointed, but he was very apologetic and was trying to offer me other stuff. The other girl came and apologized as well, and the other one. I was frustrated and disappointed but they sincerely behavior got me. I can't yell at them. They provided me a substitute drink and all that, they were so nice. Bless those kids. Please pay them well. They are working hard.
This has to be one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The coffee was good but, the best part was the barista. She went above and beyond in her duties to make sure I was completely happy with my order. ?
