I found trash inside of my food. Between layers of tatertots in my small chili and cheese tatertots. Couldn't even finish my order because the person inside decided I was done, told me my total, and disconnected communication. When food was delivered the only said said to me was, "you got the sweet tea, didn't you?" Are yall joking! Ive worked at Sonic, for years! It's not difficult, just pay some attention!
sonic is one of my top local favorites to eat at, but their customer service is absolutely horrible.. i had to wait over 30 minutes just for mozzarella sticks & a pretzel.. i also ordered ahead (on the app while i was there i waited the whole 30 minutes) my pretzel was a little hard & my mozzarella sticks were semi warm.. i wish the employees where nicer.. but i don't think i will be back.
Stopped for breakfast, food was out quickly and it was delicious! I would recommend this location.
Got a cherry limeade from here wind I finished it I went to eat the cherry it had a seed in it I did not know because they are always seedless and I broke my tooth called and the manager just laughed about it and put me on speaker very unprofessional.
Good drinks, bad food.I got food here on my way to work 2 weeks ago, I was incredibly ill though out my 8 hour shift and into the night. I thought it might have been stress. However, i picked up food here last night and as I write this, I'm literally sitting by the toilet trying not to throw up. I ate half of my chicken tender meal and started to feel sick after 30 minutes to an hour. It's the same meal I got 2 weeks ago. I have to be at work in the morning and now idk if I'm going to be able to since I can't even sleep because of how sick I feel.
worst experience at sonic yet the fries were soggy, i order a patty melt and it was so buttery and not even toasted and i got mozzarella sticks and they were missing part on the stick and there was a blonde long hair in my food and no one in my house is blonde
Should brought my gf. She loves thee shakes/malts. I felt guilty the whole meal ;(

That was the most disrespectful place ever my wife messed up lil on the order and a man acting like a woman come to her window and started talking crazy and he actually cussed at her when we asked for manager came really close me getting out and slapping him so manager comes out side and didnt do nothing said sorry y'all need to go to a different sonicColeman and Joaquin manager
