First visit to this location, ordered a medium Turkey and avocado ? sandwich with chips and a drink! It was so big thought I could only eat half, it was so delicious I ate it All!!
The cashier was friendly. She answered our questions and even made suggestions. The facility was very clean as well. We received our food quickly and it was delicious!
Lately has been very disapointing. My favorite sandwiches were altered for the worst. They are using lower quality ingredients and putting less between the buns. My favorite, the french dip, is now tasteless and the au jus is basically water with beef flavor ramen mix.
Love their sandwiches. There's not one close to us on West Adams in Temple, so we don't get to eat there often.
The cashier couldnt figure out how to work the register. Rang us up twice, reversing each one. Finally got manager to ring up.Then order was wrong. I asked for turkey and got salami. Got correct order and was the smallest amount of meat ever. I eat at Schlotskys alot and this was a sad sandwich. Not a word of explanation on the register issue or apology in incorrect order. Wont be back to this location
Had the grossest sandwich from this place tonight. I asked for no onions but guess what was on my sandwich yes you guessed it red onions. My sandwich literally looked like someone made it and then sat on it. It definitely tasted like someone sat on it. Since moving back to Texas we have supported Schlotzskys more times than we can count. After tonight I am done I won’t be supporting them anymore. The food is too pricey to be wrong and gross! Also, the staff is anything but pleasant gotta love the snotty girl at the drive through that practically throws your food at you.
My sandwich was all lettuce not but one slice of meat and I ordered a medium original. I will not get food from them anymore.
Truly not an authentic Schlotzsky’s experience. We went through the drive-through and ordered two salads and a cinnamon roll. they gave us only one fork and forgot the cinnamon roll. No big deal they corrected the mistake. But then my salad was missing a key ingredient, candied pecans on an orchard salad. And when I asked she said they no longer carried candy pecans. I think this franchise is trying to save money at the brands expense. The food was also in cheap generic containers not the usual Schlotzsky’s containers. Next time we will go into Killeen or Temple for Schlotzsky’s.
My salad had lettuce, onion, and spinach. That's it. The lettuce and spinach was soggy. Never again will I eat there. No bacon. No avocado. You lost my business..
Worst experience ever. Went through drive thru and got home, and the entire order was not only wrong, but the salad was old and missing most of the ingredients and the pizza had what appeared as a bite out of it and two bristle like objects on it. The wait in line was long, although the parking lot only had a few cars, the customer service was terrible. The young lady who waited on me (receipt said Bobby) literally just opened the window, gave me food and closed the window. No thank you or attempt at customer service. Threw the entire meal away. Not the standard I expected at Schlotskys.
