Terrible service. Dining room not open. After waiting at least 10 min in the drive through, with only one other car there, finally left and went somewhere else. Speaker kept telling us they’d be with us soon. Not.
The location in Belton, TX is horrible!!!! One of the most unprofessional establishments I’ve ever been to in my life! After several chances given to redeem themselves at the above mentioned place of business tonight’s incident has pushed me over the edge! I’ve had enough of the malarkey that place puts into the community! For one, no one is still allowed to go inside to place an order still…….the drive through is constantly packed! Tonight I was in line for over 20mins, then when I get up to place my order I get told that for a 12 piece of chicken, I’d have to wait an additional 20-30mins!!!!! Totally unbelievable……I just drove away from the business NEVER to return! This situation happens on a daily basis no matter what time of day. To sum up my experience…..2 words: “PISS POOR!!!”
So we all love the chicken sandwich, remember they do have other food. Recently stopped in at this location. Enjoy their food but sometimes the service is a challenge.
First and foremost, I have come to this location about 4 times ( all at different times of the day) and they never have items! Tonight on April 2nd, 2022, I was in line at 9:45pm, which is plenty of time to get what I want. I get to the drive through speaker and am told (like the last few times) that they are limited.This staff closes down their restaurant almost 2 hours in advance! Which is ridiculous. If a restaurant closes at 11:00pm, there should be food options still. They shut down there restaurant 2 hours before scheduled close and when done, tell there customers “They shouldn’t have come at 10:00pm” but, I was there at or earlier than 9:45.I believe this restaurant is poorly managed and changes are in order.
Pre-paid order for 15 peace and fries,etc. Got there and doors locked. Went through drive through,took forever, finally got to window and a short rude Hispanic said machine down, pull forward and wait. I said "are you Fn kidding me. He told me to leave and not return? ??? I explained he has our money and needs to provide the service we paid for. Waited 20 more minutes, finally got food, asked for his name, he said its none of my business and ran back in to store. Called corporate and complained. Afraid to eat food because employee was so horrible and they refunded our money. Avoid this restaurant at all cost. ???
It's just OK. Popeye's delightful food (spicy fried chicken, red beans and rice, tasty biscuits) can VARY so much from location to location it becomes very frustrating for the consumer. Looks like the franchisees need more policing from corporate. Popeyes has too much going for it to become just another failed franchise.
Worst customer service, we live only a few blocks away and experience terrible service everytime we give this place a chance. Always an extended wait. Bypass this place if you can until they get better employment
I had a horrible experience the manger Megan was rude, I don’t recommend this place at all.
The dining room is closed and the drive thru was taking a very long time between taking orders. Seemed like they were waiting until they finished each order before taking the next car. It was also almost impossible to hear the person taking orders.
This store has a horrible history of giving me incorrect amounts and cutting me off in mid sentence. Not only have a tried to give a second chance today but I was given the wrong of sauce. I was politely asking the drive thru person to correct the issue when he cut me off while I was speaking told me it was in the bag & closed the window. The long wait times wrong food and inconsistency with food is baffling
