I ordered a pizza online for delivery. After waiting 30 minutes I received a message that my pizza was cancelled. The first person Gabrielle or something couldn’t find my order. She went to get a supervisor, and came back because the Supervisor “didn’t want to be bothered”. She told me my order wouldn’t be charged if I picked it up. The payment was already on my account, so I wanted to make sure I received a refund. Then the manager gets on the phone. Marisela or something. She tells me she is supposed to be doing something else while I trying to make sure my food is going to be delivered. I have to wait another 30 minutes. I’ve never had so many problems. Don’t use this location if you don’t have to.
Pizza is always good. Could not order over the phone for delivery. Was told numerous times that special pizzas could not be delivered. I had to drive to store and place my order and pick it up. Something is seriously wrong with you can order a meat lovers pizza and brownie over the phone for delivery. Possibly very poor training or extremity poor management. You pick!
We ordered online @1247. I arrived around 1:25. When staff finally came to the register he looked as though he was annoyed. He told me I was early and that it would be a few more minutes. It took them 20 minutes to realize that my order was already in the "heated holding" area. I made a mistake by not checking it before I left the store. At least the manager apologized and said have great day.
My pizza was overcooked, left my drink out of the order. I was a carryout order. I was told my order was 5 min out. After 20 more minutes I called in and was put on immediate hold after the 3 minute message auto answer system. After 2 more phone attempts I walked in to find my order in the warmer. When I get home my drink is missing and my pizza was dried out. Total failure!
I ordered my pizzas online- it said they works be ready in 14 mins. I drive there (took 12 mins). I looked online and it said my order was ready. I called to let them know I was there and was told my order was still in oven, and they would bring it out. I waited 20 minutes then finally went in to get it myself. It was in the warmer… I am not sure I’ll be back to this location.
GET THE PIZZA ORDER CORRECT. MY OVER ALL ORDER WAS FINE EXCEPT THAT I ORDERED DOUBLE PEPPERONI AND RED ONION BUT INSTEAD I GOT SINGLE PEPPERONI WITH SAUSAGE AND BACON.
The customer service is totally awesome plus I prefer pizza hut pizza over all the other competitors. The young man named Patrick that prepared my pizza did an amazing job. He was very sanitary, friendly and courteous. He made my pizza order according to the way that I ordered it online. I was very satisfied with the appearance, taste and quality.
I ordered a large pizza with chicken and Alfredo sauce with onions and mushrooms, and I got a large pepperoni pizza. I was too tired and too hungry to return the pizza which is 15 minute drive away.
Stopped in during a road trip. Didnt know it, but no dining in, we ordered anyway and hung out outside to wait for our order. After waiting for over an hour, and being told multiple times that our order was almost done they finally called us in the parking to ask if we we wanted a refund because our pizza was burned and they weren't sure how it happened. They managed to get out only the one personal pizza we ordered for my grandson, and it was overcooked. Not sure how they normally are, or what happened that night, but it was a huge waste of time. Needless to say we got a refund and took 2 salads instead of pizza, and got back on the road, highly disappointed.
The place smells bad and it was the worst tasting pizza. We use Pizza Hut back that is always good but this one was nasty tasting DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN BELTON, TEXAS.
