Purchased a coupon for a free bread item with ANY large pizza. Tried to use it and they adjusted the price to $19 dollars for a large pizza... bread sticks only cost you 25 cents and its a coupon I PURCHASED, my word. Businesses like this can't be making money for long. Also it sounds like a foreign call center now, so they have NO ability to help you at all.
Placed and order for pick up by accident, I immediately called around 7:02 pm and had them change it to delivery! It’s 8:34 pm called the store again Daniel answers the phone I ask about my pizza. Tells me they are backed up I ask if it will be delivered before 9pm he says no looks like it might be after 9pm when it will delivered! I ended up canceling crazy long delivery times even if I would have waited I’m sure my pizza would have been cold! This is no way to do business
I ordered delivery! They had used door dash to deliver my order … door dash delivered to the wrong person! I called back and they remade my order and delivered it super fast! You know how I love my pizza! Thank you Belton Papa Johns!
I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to see young leaders owning their role. I had an issue with my order placed through door dash. Unfortunately door dash couldn’t/wouldn’t make a worthy effort to correct the issue. I explained my issue to Tim and he agreed the issue wasn’t resolved to an acceptable level. He took care of me and my family without question. When I came in to the location, I saw Tim working just as hard if not harder right along side his team. I couldn’t be more impressed with this young leader. Thanks again Tim. You’ve won my continuous business!
Delivery was supposed to take 53-63 minutes. Took and hour and a half and food was cold.
Expect to wait 1hr for delivery and get cold pizza. Do not waste your time or money at this Papa John's, Belton. We should have just ordered from Domino's like we always do. We wanted to try something new, never again!
Ordered our pizza over the phone. First I will say that the guy on the phone had no telephone communication skills…it was a very awkward conversation. He ended the call saying our order was in and gave no inclination as to how long it would take. We arrived at this location and were told they “didn’t put our order in.” My husband asked why and was told “because we’re busy.” Yeah, no kidding, but that should be communicated up front. For example, “your order is in queue but it will be 40 minutes (or whatever).” We have no desire to return to this location!
I ordered directly from Papa John's website and they routed my delivery through Doordash instead which always takes twice as long. No wonder delivery has been slower here recently.
Pizza looked and taste like they made my pizza with their feet. Never go back again
Got delivered over 20 minutes late, pizza was cold. I still tipped... Oh well....
