I only can recommend this restaurant...the food is so different but soo delicious...the chef is the nicest person he let us try his homemade zaziki let me tell you that was what I called zaziki...if you out this way to there definitely a need..
I Heard a lot about this place and finally decided to give it a try. First off, awesome beer wall with great selections!! Now the food, delicious! If you have the beef schwarma flat pita then be prepared to leave full and satisfied! The fries are also really delicious! Perfect seasoning! The staff is really friendly! I really recommend this place. Thank you Mosaic Grill, I will be back again with more customers!
I was visiting from Houston just for the day when I came here for lunch. The food was overall pretty good but I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t truly authentic Mediterranean which I was looking for. The service was decent too. I had ordered a Chicken Shawarma wrap which was pretty decent but due to the amount of sauce that was used it ended up falling apart and getting super soggy which I wasn’t fan of! Plus eating it made it super messy. I also ordered a side of fried pickles chips which were too salty for my liking. Overall this place is pretty good.
This place was AMAZING! I'm so glad this place adds some much needed variety for the area. The blackened catfish and etouffee over corn rice is my favorite thing on the menu. The burgers have thick handmade patties, and the falafel was unique and worth trying. If you're thinking of giving this place a try, do so. You won't be disappointed.
Service is beyond great, loved the southwest egg rolls, and the Mosaic chicken kabobs are a REVELATION. We stopped in on a chilly night and the very kind owner took it on himself to make my dad a hot beverage to warm up. Now THAT’S hospitality! I’d give six stars, if I could.

Loved the food and atmosphere. Recommend the falafel wrap combo and the salmon thermidor. Nice selection of wine/beer on self serve taps including local micro brews. Friendly staff and great service. A great addition to the Belton restaurant scene!
