I placed my order on the kiosk and waited for my order we only receive half of our order and when we asked someone for the other half they had the audacity to ask how do they know that I didn’t receive my whole order a dental dam to go and be there cameras and they will see that I did not receive the other half of my order not even cups for the drinks added to the order
Super friendly and nice but couldn't for the life of them get the order (2 items) right & god forbid if you try to use a reward code from the app.
This location is awesome. With friendly service is exceptional with fast service both inside and outside. And with affordable prices and a very clean lobby and restrooms.
Far above all others in being very clean and real service from friendly employees, involved and caring leaders I saw first hand..thanks for a good,ol days Big Mac meal...
one Register is cash only, and the other is only for them to take drive thru orders. The kiosk is a pain, but the employees are nice and were helpful. They did make mine, my sister and my nieces burgers wrong but we only had my nieces burger remade, and they were so fast and nice about it. The restaurant was clean and restrooms too. The food came pretty fast too, especially considering how packed they were. The employees were handling very well.
Very very quick service with fresh food.
If I could give no stars I would. We had SO much missing. The happy meals had no drinks, no apples, & no toys, we were missing a basket of fries, and a McDouble. Like I told the girl, I’ve been down the fast food road before for work, it is not that hard lol.
I’ve always come here and this was the first time this happened. All I did was come in with a large order.
I use to love going to the one off of 31st street.. But not so much anymore.. Some of the employees there are rude, make tacky looking faces.. The wait time in the drive thru is horrendous and ungodly!!!?? And they have been screwing up people's orders, SMH. I hardly ever go there anymore.... Very Disappointed with this particular store.
