We used to love this restaurant but I absolutely cannot support them after the experience we had last night. We ordered a pizza, which was mediocre at best, and a chicken parm dinner. The chicken parm was $13.99 and it came with ONE thin chicken cutlet!! I can understand the price increases with the current economy but to cut the meal in half for that price is unacceptable. And with that, their lowest suggested gratuity in their system is 18%, even when you're picking up the food to go. You can't charge more for half the food and then make people feel like they have to leave a huge tip on a pick up!
I go there because it has a lot of romantic elements: it is quite, low lighting, with Italian music playing. The food has improved a lot and the wait staff are polite. The food is also served quickly. In the past, we had some issues with the quality of the salads, but since then, the salads are doing much better. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get away from all the noise that you have to deal with in other restaurants.
Food is awesome. Unfortunately the establishment is very loud. Waitstaff had an entire empty restaurant besides us, but still sat a very loud group of people in the booth right behind us. Why? Learn to separate tables apart; turn the music down so they don't try to talk over the music and this place would be awesome. Sadly very little concern nor care was taken to keep the noise down the atmosphere upscale.
The shrimp Napeloni was nothing like I remeber5 years ago the sauce was watered down and seemed like corn starch was added to try and thicken the sauce what a disappointed the Bake Tuscany was nothing like I rember. The ingredients use to be so on point. I invited friends here with me tonight and was very disappointed this was the highlight of me returning home to Belton. I frequented this place as well as his brother's place in Harker heights. They prided themselves in the food they served what happened?
Ordered two pizzas for pick up a supreme and a sausage and cheese. Total bill was $32.00.It was honestly the worst pizza I think I have ever eaten The Dough was thin and soggy Like it’s soaked in grease and everything on top was over cooked. And it’s hard to explain the awful flavor that it had. Actually if there was a zero rating that’s what it would rate it. How’s they stay in business I don’t know must be catering to the high school kids.
This place has amazing food! I have tried almost every dish they make and every new dish I have tried has become a new favorite! We drive in from over 40 miles near Austin just to eat here.
I loved this place! Went for a birthday, and got some of the best lasagna I have ever had! The veal is also superb, and I believe this is one of the best restaurants in the area! Keep doing great!
One of the best kept secrets in CTX!!As you walk in to what seems like another regular strip mall business, you open that second door and are transported to a special place in Italy. The food is amazing, the prices are great, the atmosphere will make you forget where you are at. This is a great place for one of those special date nights, or an old fashioned family dinner.
Great food and atmosphere. Waiter not real good but very hospitable....when he came around. Would recommend this great italian food to all!
Wanted to try it out but wasn't impressed.
