I had the best experience I've had in a long time in a restaurant. I believe the lady's name was Tori and she was super sweet. She helped me get my order and figure how to pay for it even though I forgot my purse and don't have apple pay. My elderly mom and dad order from her and she is always so kind to them. They won't get pizza from anywhere else. The pizza and crazy bread were both delicious!! Definitely a win!!

Was told that I had to wait in my vehicle instead of the lobby. I explained that it was 103 degree's outside and I did not want to spend the 25 minutes wasting gasoline and overheating my engine. I made a remark that it was poor customer service since they allow you into the lobby to order. The lady followed me outside trying to initiate an argument. I was the only customer in the store. I was told that customers had to sit in their vehicles. I asked why and she told me it was because it is what all customers do.

When ordering over the phone I was cut off by a rude worker. Once I came to claim my food, it was very cold and I can within the time frame they told me. I get home and my order was wrong! I ordered stuffed crazy bread, not the regular. If I hadn’t been cut off (rudely) in the first place, that mistake would not have been made. Get better workers.

Went in as a dasher picking up an order. Was making small talk and the manager asked me about another order. I said I didn’t have it and it may have been a no tip order and it might not get picked up. The manager (blue shirt, bald head) started to cuss at me and yell about how he signed contracts with doordash. The whole altercation was completely unwarranted and rude.

Good pizza, fair price. Good staff, manager.

Ordered a pizza, was told it would be a 15-20 min wait. Cool, I'll wait. While sitting in my vehicle at least 10 other customers were told they had nothing ready and could not make anything due to shutting everything off because they close soon. I placed my order at 6:54.The door and website both say they close at 8pm. All customers were pretty upset. How is any profit supposed to be made if customers are getting refused a whole hr before close?

When I ordered pizzas I was told it would be 15 20 mins not a big deal. Upon calling to see what was going on the manager told me I was wrong and the wait was longer. I walked in she asked if I was the car that was waiting g and immediately got my pizzas. When I left I called back to see if she would apologize and co.e cleN that I was forgotten about. No she process to continually talk over me and insulte me. I would highly recommend only going there if they are slow as they normally to busy making pizzas to actually make sure people get them on a time frame they give or to be polite to customers

Worse service a person could have just because they were closing they made us wait outside for our pizza. She was very rude.

I placed two online orders today and arrived 15 minutes early. I was told I had to wait even though 4 people placed orders at the counter (same pizza walk ins) after me and received them immediately while I waited. The young man at the counter was kind but was told in front of me, “she should have an email stating the time so you’re looking for something that doesn’t exists.” I watch multiple orders to go get their food and leave. Last time I waited 30 minutes for an undercooked pizza. We have never had a bad experience at the little Cesars in temple or any other little cesars. It has been an isolated incident at this little cesars. The snide comments and horrible customer service from management (not the employees) has made our family decide to never return to beltons little Cesars and we’ll inform our friends.
