Food was delicious, price reasonably. Definitely going back.

01/15/22 Been eating here 20+ years and today was the worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Rude staff at register (lady with white headband on)! Then she starts speaking in Spanish to staff when I confronted her for being rude! Speak English!!! You spoke English earlier!I won’t go back too much other good authentic Mexican food in the area for me to spend my money here! I prefer good customer service.A Google review I will NOT remove!

The service was ok, when my food first came out there were mashed potatoes on my plate and they were cold so they warmed them up for me besides that the food was delicious and filled me up! I had the Ranch Breakfast, 2 biscuits, 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, a decent amount of white gravy and for some reason mashed potatoes, oh and I also ordered hashbrowns.

My family and I had a wonderful lunch. People should take-out every now and then. They have wonderful food for all the families and friends. So go on over and see for yourselves!

Been eating there several years, good food etc, however, the other am I watched a server reach down on the floor near the cash register and adjust the rug with her hands, then delivered food to a table without washing her hands, not good.

I used to love getting food from Jaliscos. Here recently that has changed. This morning my family and I wanted our usual (Ranch breakfast, menudo, beef fajita tacos and chili con queso). This is what we have been getting for what seems like forever. The past couple of times they have forgotten the gravy for the biscuits or someghing small and usually we are at home before we realize it. So this time when we got the food I pulled up and over to make sure it was all there. It wasn't. Only this time it was the menudo and all the stuff that comes with it. So I go back to the drive thru, let them know and pull up for them to bring the menudo but not the cilantro, jalapenos lime etc. So again i go to the drive thru. They bring it out. Now because of all this I forget to look to make sure the dang gravy is in there! I make it home, start making the plates, then I realize there's no gravy! I try calling and I get a machine telling me to call back because they are busy with other customers! I still haven't been able to speak with anyone.

What will the Manager of this establishment do once he finds out his wait staff have horrible customer service skills? The woman that works the drive thru should be more concerned about handling customers food with care than getting a tip (the empty tip jar was empty anyway) Hire and recruit better employees.

The Take Out was super fast and easy. The food was okay but not what we would call authentic Mexican food. The chicken enchiladas had a mix in it that took away from the taste of the chicken and the rice had very small pieces of vegetables in it. Not what we expected, if we want stuff in our food, let us order it that way. Must be great for many people, the line was out the door and down the side of the building. One place can't be 100 percent for every one.

Wonderful service, legit food, excellent lunch specials, and top-tier chips and salsa.

So apparently “opens at 6am” really means the employees come speeding into the parking lot between 6:03 - 6:11 , then you have to wait for them to get everything turned on. Should change the hours to 7am so people to waste their time thinking they can get breakfast before work.
