My past experiences with this location have been very rough. From messing up orders, to just absolute rudeness and disrespect from employees. However, today in the line there was this very kind, and hard working employee by the name of Issac. Hardest worker we’ve seen in the location, doing pretty much everything from taking the orders, and making the food/drinks. This man deserves a raise!
I've been going here for a year and a half and was hoping it'd get better but wow!But it seems to be getting worse and worse.Everytime you go the line will take atleast 30 min or more. They're always out of 50% of whatever they have.If I had a dollar for everytime this specific place didn't have something, or took longer then 30 min I'd be able to buy it out and close it down. Tonight there was no curly fries, no regular drinks (gave us mini and was charged for reg)Almost didn't have enough tacos, no coke or dr pepper. If the owner or manager reads this get it together.
I’m assuming that they are soo understaff that is just too much to handle because there is NO WAY that my entire order gets wrong except for the ranch and honey mustard packets. I ordered a couple things and nothing was right. Tried to call the sue and no one picked up. Either 1. They are just super understaff which in this case I’m sorry for you guys or 2. They genuinely just don’t give af
We had to wait forever for the lady to take our order and there was only 1 other car. Then she kept telling us to hold on. They tell us they have no Dr. Pepper or Coke. Then we get to the window and they tell us they have no croissants after we paid for it. At first she asks me what else I want since I paid already and I told her I wanted a refund. She gives me back what the food was but not the tax I paid. The employees were clueless on what to do and customer service was poor.
Drive- thru takes WAY too long. Currently sitting in the line with only one car ahead of me... been sitting here for 15 minutes. Go somewhere else if you need quick service ☺️ Also my order was wrong.
That’s a lie. Can’t give it Lower than that as I love me some jack in the box. The place claims to be open 24 hours and everything available but I have to make 5 or 10 compromises to work around what they’ve ACTUALLY got.
It's unfortunate that all of the Jack in the box locations in this area suck! They almost never get the food right! Nine times out of 10 there will be something missing! And 40 to 50% of the time your order is completely wrong down to the actual way that they put the sandwiches together as if who's cooking in the back doesn't know any of the simple recipes! This review is not just for this Jack in the box but for all of the Jack in the boxes in the temple and Belton area!
First off the wait was absolutely horrible waiting 30 minutes in line. And the manager was not nice and our order was completely messed up. The employees giving dirty looks to us. If I could I would give 0 stars. Horrible service.
Went there last week on my way to drop off my son at his work and decided to get him a jumbo jack combo meal so he'd eat before his shift. It took almost 15minutes in the drive thru window for us to get the burger and fries.For it being fast food, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a drive through order out at 5pm when there's no line in front of me. By the time I received the food, there was at least 6 cars behind me just waiting. Food did come out nice and warm, but 15 minutes is a little excessive for drive thru orders in my opinion.
Ordered form doordash. They gave me a vanilla milkshake instead of strawberry. No sauce on my loaded mini tacos, completely forgot my fries, and didn't give any dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets. So I can't eat 3 of the things I ordered.
