ZERO STARS, lady at counter was rude! And place was filthy. All the tables were dirty, with crumbs and we we had to clean it off before we sat down. Bathrooms were really disgusting, smelled bad! Literally there was POOP on the outside of the toilet and on the seat. Gross! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Place has gone way way way down hill. Won’t go back!
It took over 40 minutes for me to get my food through the drive-through. Even then I had to go inside and ask for it. 20 minutes before I got my food, when I pulled up to the window to pay, I was told it would be about an extra four minutes because the tenders weren’t done yet. 20 minutes later I walked in and was immediately created with, “it’s coming out now sir,” when I told them that it had been 40 minutes and that that was unacceptable they said well, it’s Friday.
Use to love GOLDEN chick but here lately it has gone down hill. The chicken looks and tastes old. Very salty. Last two times we have asked for and was told we could have all thighs on the 10 piece and both times we were gven mixed. Taste like they changed their recipe . Do not think we will go back.
Ordered on Uber Eats, my order was confirmed it is ready at 12.01pm, when arrived around that time, only the drive through was working, they did not let me cancel because the order is ready, they let me wait another 15 minutes to go through the drive through. When I arrived to the drive through window, the order is not ready waiting for tenders, need to wait at the front…Ridiculous. Last time here.

The 1.99 for four rolls was just what I needed to drive back to Killeen...the staff was friendly at the window and the rolls were hot and fresh.

I went to this location and ordered a tenders family meal with 2 large sides. Drove home and removed the containers and low and behold I have 3 small cups of gravy and small cup of mashed potatoes and one small cup of rice. I called back tocomplain that I spent 40 dollars on a family meal in which I didn’t receive and they should inform the general public that they are not giving out family sized portions but are charging people full price. Sherry told me she is only following orders and there wasn’t anything she could do.If she is following orders she should be ashamed of herself as a grown woman with a brain she has a duty to tell consumers that the establishment isn’t providing full menu items. Instead of stealing money from hard working people. PeopleLike Sherry is what’s wrong the the world. Ordered a 3 piece online with large fries and medium unsweetened tea. Received this mess, and no tea. Food was cold. Also asked for condiments and did not receive those either.
