I took my children, niece and nephew to Frosti Cones after we practiced some tennis, we were hot and needed to cool off. My son made a mess with his Frosti, I asked for a cup of water to clean it up for them. They gave me water and offer to fill his cup back up since he spilled it. Very kind, thoughtful and understanding staff and of course the snow cones were amazing.
Pretty good flavored snocone! Shaved ice? The dome was nice, soft, full of sweetness and melted in my mouth..disappointed the bottom had a ton of ice chunks in it and no flavor. It won't stop me from goin though.
Customer service was not all that great. Presentation was messy and syrup was all over the cup
The employees were great here today. They had a little issue (card reader wasn’t working), so I waited a bit to see if it was fixable. After about five minutes, they said it was still down and apologized and offered me whatever I wanted for free. I didn’t want to take advantage of their problem, so I just asked for two doggie delights for my puppies. They happily gave them to me for free. I appreciated their customer service and trying to make things better even when it wasn’t their fault. I’ll definitely be back and buy something both for myself and the pups! They loved it, btw. Highly recommend.
I love this place but when they wanna close the place before their hours of operation posted outside and on their website, it kinda irks a person when they have full intentional plans to go and make the drive but get told they closed before their time of close. Still love the place tho

So glad this place is here. Great service and I don't know how long but there were food trucks lined up here also. Maybe 5 or so . But I believe at least 2 appeared open and set up. So that's great. I went on a weekday last week. In the evening
