Do not order from this place! We called our order for pick up and they did not put our complete order in the bags. I had to go back to the restaurant and they made me bring the half of the food that they gave us, just to end up giving me what was missing! They do not pay attention to details and we ended up having to reheat our food! Because it was cold! Just horrible service!! First and last time we’ll go to this Mexicano Bar and Grill. This would never have happened at the Sparta Rd. location! Ugh!!!

My wife and I had wanted to eat here for some time. We noticed the restaurant every time we passed by heading to Harker Heights or Killeen. We finally made it today after an appointment in Harker Heights and the food was well worth the stop! Only took us a couple of minutes to decide what we wanted; food was delicious and the portions were just right. The service was great and that decor was very nice. We most definitely will be back anytime we’re in the area.

Food was not very tasty. What you got looked nothing like the menu picture , the taco salad was so greasy the shell was soaked all the way to the plate. The refried beans tasted off like they were old. The floor in eating area were filthy, food everywhere. the bathrooms were disgusting.

We stopped in while traveling through town. Out of our small group, most of the food came out quickly, was tasty and seasoned well, but we had an issue with the crunchy tacos - the ground beef was overly oily and had some large chunks of uncooked/pink beef in it as well (didn’t get broken up so it didn’t cook all the way through?)The server and manager on duty were both professional, understanding, and apologetic and did not charge us for the plate.It’s conveniently located right off the highway so if we visit again in the future, I hope they fix these few things, lots of potential!

The customer service sucks. Yesterday I ordered Bean and rice burritos with pico, lettece, grilled onion and peppers. They were nice and fat. Today 2/20/22 I ordered the same thing, completely made all wrong. Called and to let them know that my order was wrong. Ok bring it back we will remake it. Ok, STILL WRONG ORDER. The manager refused to compensate me for making my order wrong twice! I told her I would get in touch with the owner and complain and write an review. SHE SAID I DON'T CARE AND GO AHEAD. REALLY? THAT IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHO IS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE!?

Service was great, chicken fried steak breakfast plate was overcooked, Sausage was salty, no jalapenos in veggie omelette, had to ask for hot sauce.. One of the best horchata I've ever had and biscuits seemed homemade and were delicious

Good food. Good drinks. Good service. Good prices.Mexican martinis are tip top ??

We ordered the super molcajete and it really was super! Well cooked & seasoned shrimp, beef, chicken & veggies. The charro beans, rice, quacamole, salsa, refried beans are delicious. Also had the trio enchilada plate & house margaritas. All excellent. HIGHLY recommend!!

The food is great and service is good. However, be careful when you put a tip on your credit card. They ran the original amount and then the amount with the tip. They did this twice to me. When I went and spoke with them the issue got escalated to the owner. She showed no type of customer service and told me this normally happens and that it will fall of on it’s own. I had to advise her the charges were charged not pending and in fact my funds would not “fall off.” She then told me to give my information to someone in the staff and will look into it. It has been almost 2 months and still no call back. It’s unfortunate that the food is good and received better customer service from the staff than the owner. You do not escalate a situation to someone higher just so in turn the owner disregards the issue and tells you to just give your contact information to someone in the staff. Sorry, but she could have taken my information, shown empathy, and acknowledged the issue. I had to have the issue resolved with my bank which they advised they are processing the payments incorrectly and in fact, have been charged twice. One of the regular amount and the second the full amount with the tip included.
