Ordered one 2 meat plate. 2 meats, 2 sides, and ordered 3 extra rolls... 15 minutes later, and after repeatedly being asked what I ordered, I spent 30 bucks on two, 2 meat plates. Sides were wrong, and one of my plates had 1 single pathetic piece of turkey on it. I'd say get rid of the teenagers, but they were the only ones working. Fire the management. They could have fixed it, they could have been working in the first place, they are the problem...
Ordered through Uber eats. Shredded brisket was sent instead of sliced brisket. A total of 2 sides - potato casserole, barbecue beans, and 2 sauces - both sweet and original barbecue sauce, were missing. Portions were small. Taste was good.
Got a 2 meat plate. Got 2 small ribs and only 3 chunks of brisket. Not even a slice. Will never go to this store again. Normally we love this place it's by belton lake. And always go there once while at west cliff. No more. It was 7pm they closed at 9.
I came into the Belton location Saturday and got the Saturday special. I was greeted by a nice young man named David who took my order. As the order went down the line a guy named Matthew asked me about my sides. I told him. Then he said what sauce you want in a kinda rude way. Then I watched him place pickles and onions on my sandwich with his bare hands! Then he wrapped my sandwich with his bare hands! How disgusting can you be when your working with food! I seen every single other employee wearing gloves so why wouldn't he? I don't think I will be back when he is working. I didn't even eat my sandwich but my sides were good.
Boy they got some of the best customer service ever especially that one dude named Cody he is the best around and most definitely not a lizard person I rate hime five outta five stars
My family of 6 ate at Dickey's last night around 5:30PM. Pit (the name on the cashier on the receipt) and the other guy working were fabulous. Despite them being crazy busy (dealing with drive-thru orders also) and our order being large (we were very hungry for a family of 6), they always maintained politeness and professionalism. I felt they went above and beyond and exemplify customer service at its best! I hope their management recognizes what two gems they have working for them.
Great pulled pork. I got the Picnic Pack with Baked Beans and Coleslaw. Added their brioche buns to make sandwiches. Yummo
For some odd reason the loaded baked potato sounded good and ohhh boy I was correct. I had chopped brisket with spicy BBQ sauce. Fantastic! Has a little seating area so you can sit and eat lunch. Will definitely be returning.
Impressed.For a restaurant being attached to to a gas station / convenience store, the service iwas great.Home grown hospitality with the right amount of customer service...The food was served in a timely manner, fresh and hot.I recommend the Loaded Fries. One order can serve two.
