First entered our order in wrong on the screen and I nicely corrected her. She handed us drinks through the window, we said thank you, she shut the window. She hands us our food and says nothing again and shuts the window. I had no idea if we actually got all our food or not because she didn’t say anything to us. When we got home our order was wrong just like she originally entered on the screen. Rude kids working there with zero care for customers. Looks like many customers agree and obviously management doesn’t care to make things better.
They're usually fine but got my order wrong last time, then their hours listed are just completely not true (or employees are closing early?) Not being awful in the past is the only reason they got the 3 stars they did
Second time ever having burger king, it was all wrong! Both the sandwiches had NOTHING on them the chicken fries were cold and dry the poppers were hollow! Will never be spending any money here again?
Onion rings were cold husband gave them back to get more onion rings. Ate our whopper while we ate. Ended up with no onion rings ! This place usually has good food but not today !
Disgusting, went through the drive thru 1/26 at lunch time, ordered onion rings and original chicken sandwhich. The onion rings were cold and flimsy, the chicken sandwhich was so old and dry I could have thrown against a wall and made a hole. Went straight to garbage. Now I know why i stopped going to this location years ago.
Cold nuggets and no sauce, my Whataburger spicy ketchup at home saved the day. The rest of our order was perfect and hot.
Set in line at drive through for 15 minutes. Finally just cut out of line and went to Mc Donalds.
This was the best experience yet . Britney is the manager and she was on window and made my morning very pleasant. Food was hot right fresh and exactly what I ordered . I even made the mistake of thinking it was wrong because of my experience with the one in Temple and she made me feel I would be taken care of professionally and accurately but the mistake was mine and still was a pleasant return to the store . Thank you Britney for a wonderful restaurant experience today . Sincerely John Wayne
First time actually trying it and couldn’t be more dissatisfied with spending 40$ on food. First I had to wait 15 minutes at the front of the building for a chicken sandwich only for it to be dry. The jalapeño bites were rock hard as well as my mozzarella sticks (which somehow they burnt the cheese on the inside????) inedible. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the girl at the widow and taking my order was super nice unlike the other people working. (Picture is mozzarella stick)
This is by far the best Burger King I havr ever been to. The drive thru guy, Mitch, is always friendly and has great customer service! My food is always hot and fresh thats why I will always keep going back for more.
