Order was messed up, beef n cheddar made roast beef. They get a 4 star because the food was fresh the staff was friendly, and even though they were exceptionally busy after the parade they still made time to correct the order mistake without any hesitation or attitude. I will certainly come back.
What is the point of saying that your hours are from 10:00 to 10:00 if you close 30 minutes early. I don't understand what's with all these restaurants closing early like this. With my work I just drove all the way from Austin to Georgetown to burnet to Temple and on the way back to Killeen wanted to get some Arby's on the way home. This is horrible service. When I worked fast food we never closed before the closing time. If they can't even promise to work store hours that are posted then I don't even want to eat food there because they simply don't care about their jobs the service and obviously their customers. And I hope the owner of this restaurant read this and gets this resolved.
Will NEVER eat there again. The girl at the drive thru named Daniella was extremely rude and slammed the sliding window in our face. Then we open our food and it was all so sloppy, all the sauce was more in the paper wrap then the sandwich or wraps we ordered. -5 ⭐
Food and service were poor, they had a big sign saying dining room open, so we went to the door and it was locked. The girl inside hollered go to drive thru. With one car in front of us, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong. Should have just turned around when the girl came on the speaker and said (welcome to Wendy's)
Had the 2 for 6 mac and cheese and roast beef sandwich. Arrived too late for the 2 to 5 dollar specials. Was delicious and filling. I came in from the freeway so ya make a 96 degree turn onto Head . .
Not good on customer service- getting order right. I asked for cheddar not swiss on sandwich/got swiss. Ordered unsweetened tea- got sweet tea :(Didn’t realize till back at work.
Fresh food courteous and professional service! I had lunch with a coworker and the food was fresh, my food was made to order, my order was correct, and the employees and the manager were very friendly. The staff was also attentive, and the dinning room was very clean to include the soda and condiment area which is impressive due to them usually being messy. Another plus is their sauce is out for you to help yourself and they are not stingy with the sauce or charge you any extra.I must say I have to hand to this Arby’s in particular as management and staff are going it right! Belton appreciates you keep up the good work, best Arbys in Central Texas!!!!!
I went through this location on the way home from Dallas. I picked up a few sandwiches for my wife and I. The sandwiches were hot and fresh, fries were not. The cashier in the drive through was friendly but explained his register could not produce a receipt for my cash order.
I came through the drive thru yesterday (4/5/2022) headed to see my sister just north of Georgetown. Didn't even know what city I was going through. I was crying and distraught. Going through something that I still can't discuss, but when I tell you the empathy and care this staff showed me was the most amazing thing. Thank each of you working yesterday afternoon for being so caring and kind. If I lived in Belton I'd apply to work here PT just because of the staff. You can always tell whenever workers move like a family and I definitely felt welcomed. Thank you.
Food was cold, out of iced tea, out of Arby's sauce, order cheese sticks with marinara and they did not give me my marinara sauce. I will never go back to this location.
