After a 3rd visit and attempt to get food from here, I left yet again empty handed. This location just doesn't have it's stuff together and either needs new management or it needs to close permanently. The first time I went here a few months ago I was told in the drive through that they could take any orders because all the systems were down. My second visit, I was told the ordering drive up was broken and I had to order online but then the order would go through and errored out each attempt. Yesterday was my 3rd and last attempt. The mobile ordering still didn't work, the drive up menu still didn't work and was told to order at the window. After sitting there for almost 5mins without anyone taking my order I left. I'm mad at myself that I kept trying to give this place a chance.
BEWARE!! Absolutely WORST Wendy’s!! Went for the first time last week. Ordered food in the drive thru specifically ordered a burger plain with NO Cheese. Repeated no cheese 3 times plane. Just meat on a bun. How hard is that. They managed to put cheese on it. Went inside and spoke to a very nice lady that fixed it.Went today to give it another try. Ordered the same thing. This time repeated NO CHEESE PLAIN. Just meat and bread, Repeated it several times. Took forever in line to the point other people were driving away behind me. They managed to mess up my order again. The lady that took the order sounded and looked goofy! Even tried to keep my credit card. I had to ask for that back. Returned the burger. Then even when I asked for a spoon for my son frosty it seemed as if I was bothering her!You have been warned!!
Checked online to see if they were open late and then Ordered and paid for my food. Arrived at the store and pulled around to the drive thru window where I was informed that they didn't have most of what I ordered. I then asked to cancel my order and get a refund which they said I would have to contact customer service for. Plus while I was at the window they started to close for the night even though their hours stated they were open for 2 more hours. Plus after FOUR attempts to talk to customer service and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone.
Ordered online...Google and the Wendy's App both say they open at 6:30am so figured I would try breakfast. Ordered food at 7am and got there around 7:20am and no one answered the speaker. I pulled around and called the restaurant. Someone answered and when asked if they were open they said no they were not. Their lights are on, the signs on the door say 6:30am. People are obviously there but the rude phone answer is unnecessary.
I just ordered online about 30mins ago. It was 2 combos & an extra sandwich. They served another person a few mins after me while I was still waiting on my food. Keep in mind my order is displayed on a screen so there shouldn't have been any problems. Then they have us go back through the drive thru after telling me they would bring it to my vehicle. When I got my order they didn't give me my potato wedges with the combos. So I call to speak with a manager. He has the nerve to tell me not to get rude when he is the one that messed up a simple order that's displayed on a screen. Needless to say I will make sure I get a refund & I will not be returning to this location that has an incompetent manger that can't do a simple job.
I pulled up at around 10:30 pm after ordering and paying in the app, after making sure this was the 1am location I pulled into the drive thru and no one answered, and pulled up to the next window no one was there, eventually I called and they said they were closed. I was able to cancel my order in the app but really? Online and in app it says it’s a 1am store and I get if y’all have to close early but at least turn your “Drive thru open late” and drive thru sign lights off.
download the app for the first time and ordered breakfast after checking to make sure that the store was open. Ordered my food and came to pick it up 15 minutes later and no one answered at the drive-through, so I pulled around and knocked on the window. The girl came and said they’re not open yet. I told her it’s 7:45, and your hours say you’ve been open for 45 minutes, and I already ordered and paid for my food 15 minutes ago. There was nothing on the app to indicate a problem. They told me “give us a few minutes we got a really late start”. Not a good first order Wendy’s
Niece wanted a burger after getting off work at 9 pm. She tried the new bourbon bacon burger. It was really tasty. Wendy's is her favorite late night place to eat.
Poorly managed Wendy's. If it weren't for the Frosty, which they're out of chocolate half the time, I wouldn't go to this Wendy's. They're baked potatoes are small and never hot enough. Their marquee lights are off at night. They take forever. Just not a good Wendy's.
They very often stop taking orders with either no explanation or with a vague, "the machine is down." It doesn't matter, it's cheap fast food surrounded by more cheap fast food. Corporate should take some time to see what's going on here, though. Likely the only think keeping them afloat is the high school. A location anywhere else wouldn't get away with the misfire.
