Chicken was very unseasoned and cold . Prices have gone up . I mean , who wants to pay 6.50 dollars for a freakin quesadilla ??? Yes there's fluctuation but this is ridiculous ! Staff was also very rude . They don't give us water and every food place is permitted to give customers free water with their order . They also never get orders right and add on items to make it pricy . They also make you wait super long in line and If you are thinking for a bit about what you want to eat , they roll their eyes at you . Disgusting bathrooms . The workers look like they hate it there too .
I pulled up to this place to pick up a DoorDash order, the inside is closed so they make me go to the drive-thru, there are no cars in line but they come on the speaker and tell me to hang on, I sat there for about five minutes and then I said something, the lady proceeds to tell me they are really busy working on something. But yet the lobby is closed so there are no customers inside, there are no cars in the drive-thru , So when I finally pull up to the window the order still wasn’t ready and I was told I had to pull up and wait for them to bring it out I’m not quite sure with no customers what was that busy! It was a very bad experience, and it would’ve been a little easier if the lady that came on the intercom didn’t have such a bad attitude towards me!I really hope I never have to do another DoorDash order here, I think if that shows up I will just decline the order, and to all the other fellow DoorDash drivers that I run across I will also tell them the same thing
Bueno is going down hill and it’s so sad. This picture below is how they served my nachos. The rest of my food was disgusting and like soupy. It was Sunday at 2pm with one car there. This is completely unacceptable. I should honestly get every penny I paid back from this food.
Food was nasty and they did not make it with care. Drive through cashier had such a nasty attitude. When we noticed he made the food wrong he ignored us until another employee came to our aid only to try and charge us for things we had already paid for. I'm from Florida and I see why they don't have this food chain in my city.
Taco Bueno sure has gone downhill since I worked there years ago . The food is almost always cold and the beans taste like they've been sitting out too long, sour. At this one and every bueno in DFW it seems like.
Just had abysmal treatment at the Precinct Line store. Came here and was treated beautifully by the manager. Everyone looks tidy, the window was very clean. The food was hot and fresh. Everyone eat it this location.
Best experience I have ever had at a Bueno! Friendly Staff, fresh food, and a clean lobby! Thanks for not messing my order up also like the other Bueno’s??
So i got a call back from upper management. I am going to go back give them another try. Will review again. One of the worst service i ever seen in my life. Didnt even provide my drink with my order. Rushed me out of the drive thru as quick as they could.
Actually want to compliment the crew on the night of November 18th. They were clearly understaffed (I only saw two people) for the amount of customers they had as they were asking people coming through the drive-thru to park and there was about six cars ahead of me parked.Despite the difficulties and having so many people waiting, the first staff member still greeted me with a smile and friendliness at the window and I watched the second staff member literally running food out and running back. Even though I had to wait for my food I was impressed with them. Great job guys!
Pulled through and ordered 10 burritos and 10 tacos, was a little taken back by the price, as I hadn’t realized they weren’t $1 anymore. The new manager was happy to help, fixed our order with the absolute BEST attitude! I had previously had a bad experience there and this changed my mind! Whoever the new guy is, he needs a raise! Definitely provided excellent customer service and won me over!
