This place was a joke ! She didn't have change once before and told me that she was sorry that she couldn't give me back my change. I guess I was supposed to just drive away. She snatched a $20 dollar bill out of my hand and then proceeded to tell me that my $7. 00 meal was now $13 and she gave me a large cup of water instead of my drink that came with the meal. I said ma'am can I just have the drink in any flavor that comes with the meal please. She said no you told me a big water. I said no I didn't, let me just have a mountain Dew 0! I extended her a twenty dollar bill & she snatched it out of my hand. Everyone in the car said, woah! I asked for my money back & she said I can't give it back to you. We asked for the manager and he kindly refunded our money. We tried a new full restaurant just a few feet away and the food was amazing ?.
I’ve been to this location at least 50 times and it’s been consistently good until now. I had to order at the kiosk because no one wanted to work the register, upon ordering no one would come up to give us our drinks. After 25 minutes of waiting I walked up to the counter and watched as one worker frantically made our order after realizing they forgot about it. The food was terrible and poorly made, and then they were out of ice. Will update review when/if the service and food quality get better.
This is the best Taco Bell food I have had in a long time!! The last few times that I have been to Taco Bell ( the ones in Irving) it was terrible! I think they are pre making the burritos and keeping them under a heat lamp or something. And they don't want to give you any hot sauce (claiming there is a shortage). All this after raising their prices. I don't even go to the ones in Irving anymore. This one in Bedford is great. Nice person at the window and fresh burritos. I hope they keep up the good work.
Can’t read a mobile order ticket to save their lives. I ordered EZ lettuce, and paid extra for EXT cheese. Received my tacos filled with pretty much only lettuce and barely any cheese. I want my $1.65 back I paid for the “extra cheese”.
I really enjoy the folks that work here but they are NEVER open when i go after 10pm most times. The last 4 times ive gone they've been closed. The food is always good just weird hours i suppose.
Terrible service, 1pm and their drive thru computers just quit working right when I went to order. However I could go inside and place an order if I wanted to. Please explain.

I'm a serving myself and just getting off a long shift to make my night better I just wanted to talk about as I'm waiting in the Drive-Thru one of the employees was smoking a cigarette and as I approached the speaker the lady just shout at me we're close now it was only 9:40. They let the car go before me and I had to back up thought the drive thru. Horribly disappointed. I was going to buy food for my entire family. Took their orders and everything. Now we as re going to order somewhere else via delivery from now on instead of going to you.
Normally I love this location because the guy employee who almost always takes my order is super friendly and gets me my regular order. But lately the girl who has been taking my order (today it was around 3:30pm January 13th) had attitude over the speaker with me and did not at all have a friendly tone of voice. She sounded like she did not want to be there and was upset whenever I ordered anything else. When I pulled up to the window, she asked me what I had ordered and rolled her eyes whenever she found out the person in front of me had driven off (maybe for poor customer service at the speaker?) But anyways she was not friendly at all to me at the window either (skinny with chokers on her neck, looked pretty young). Overall very disappointed lately with the customer service of this location.
This location is great. The employees here a friendly. The restaurant was welcoming and inviting. The lobby was well lit and clean. The bathrooms looked and smelled clean. The food I ordered was prepared and served in a timely manner, and it tasted great. I have absolutely no complaints for this location. Keep up the great work y'all.
