I ordered a chicken sub on the ubereats app. I waited for 40 minutes and then a driver was picking up my order and they called and said "they are out of chicken" so I said "I guess just cancel it then, sorry they had you drive out for nothing." Then subway didn't cancel it and had a 2nd and then a 3rd driver show up to no chicken. I had to reach out to uber to tell them what was going on. I think the people working tonight at subway might actually be "special"
The WORST... Apparently, they ran out of all their Chicken After I ordered Online... How does that even Happen? They had no White Cheese of any type, only Shredded American. They had NO Sandwiches ready when I arrived to Pick Up. They claimed someone had stolen the sandwiches from the shelf... Then They claimed they just cancelled the order... Abandoned their customer! How does that even Happen? I wonder what Tomorrows Lunch Crowd is gonna be like? This is Classic Mis-management of a Business... Someone is seriously Slacking!
I just recently visit this location for the first time on Sunday 3/6/2022. I wasn’t really paying attention but the workers didn’t Change their gloves. I understand some places you don’t have to wear face mask but they was just breathing all over the food. I wonder if they get tested because having the shot doesn’t stop you from getting sick… I was told the toaster didn’t work, everything I wanted to get this location didn’t have it. To make a long story short I’m sick from eating here. I don’t even go outside, this was the closest place near my house to get food that night. I called the store no one answered, I put a complaint in online, I’m still waiting for a response. The sandwich was nasty I believe it was the mayonnaise! If it was mayonnaise, my daughter is throwing up my stomach is hurting. I can’t believe this it’s been 3 days. Some of the things I purchased was old. I only ate a little of the sandwich, my daughter ate her whole sandwich. I didn’t go back to the subway because they were closed, I have to work and I don’t even have a car. Honestly me going back to this subway is not going to help me, Im going to just go to the hospital for that…
The food was good, but I’m giving them a One Star because the lady that handed me my food was extremely rude. She treated me like I was stupid. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Subway.

Where to start? Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this store. I got two sandwiches yesterday which were not right. I proceeded to calling the store for the entire day, and the call was never answered. Fast forward to today and I decided since the phone is still not being answered I would go in and try to get my order replaced. The store manager said I need to bring in the two sandwiches from said order, which I totally understand if it didn’t take a day and a half to actually get through to the store. There is COVID at the moment and the sandwiches are in my trash can, which I did go ahead and retrieve just so I can show them day old sandwiches. I will never go to this store again and if you care about getting what you paid for you will avoid this location as well.
I pulled up at this location at 9:22pm today and the girl walk to the door and lock the door as I was getting out they didn’t have the station down all the food was still up there and I thought she had unlock the door so I still walk up there to find out she lock the door and she clearly saw me get out the car and didn’t say nothing just lock the door like I was invisible SMH I won’t be coming back to this location that’s disrespectful you could of said something
The two young men working day shift were hard working and accommodating. Hats off to these guys, your excellent service is appreciated.
The girl who looked really young was very sweet and even complimented me❤️I see her give free cookies to kids who walk in and have their parents refuse to buy them one. I go there often to see her hair color change almost monthly, super interesting colors. One time I walked in and she was signing to a deaf costumer! Really coo! Very well made sandwich for the eyes and the taste buds lol ?. She even has my order memorized, 10/10 employee!!
