This store is always packed in drive through. So I go inside. What is disappointing is if you are inside they treat you poorly as if you aren't important enough to serve. Drive through is always priority, the call ins, last is those customers standing inside waiting and watching ? seeing 7 workers but not getting their drinks. I waited 8 minutes before asking about my drink, when I was told what's my name, and they didn't find it, they asked if I ordered at the desk, I said yes, they said oh, was it a cold drink, I said yes, I ordered over 8 minutes ago. She proceeded to tell me I am not the only order. True, but out of 7 people, 1 should focus on those of us not lazy, not in a car or on a phone, but the ones standing inside watching you make drinks to sit on a counter while I'm waiting. The way Starbucks procedures work, does not work for f2f customers ? ! 1 person should prioritize inside customers who are standing, waiting, watching ?, and feeling like they aren't priority ? in Starbucks. Sad that f2f customer service is treated like a red headed step child. Shame on Starbucks!!!! I have the app, I am a gold card carrier, and drink Starbucks coffee at home, I matter and deserve priority no matter where I choose to go for my coffee! Please treat f2f customers better and faster!
Friendly atmosphere and customer service is severely lacking at this location. Instead of staff harassing one another to try to figure out who messed up the order try "I'm sorry about that, thank you for your patience. how about we do this to make it right.." not in front of customers while someone is on the phone with you saying "who bagged? Who bagged this? That's weird we never do that, that never happens" actually Starbucks running out of food items and then not marking it on the app that they're sold out is a very common issue and it's an understandable one and an easy one to resolve I know because other Starbucks have handled it with grace in the past.... This one... Needs work.. overall did not appreciate this experience
Never coming back to this location. Last Thursday morning (7:30am, 3/31) I had order thru the app. I could not read the names on the cups so I asked if my order was ready. Instead of being nice and helpful, the barista said if its out there it is ready, if not wait while I make the order. I was shocked, and to add insult to injury the person next to her laughed.
This new Starbucks crew is a joke, they intentionally get the order wrong. I used to enjoy going to Starbucks, now with this new younger crew, it’s a complete waste of money. Drive further for a more respectable Starbucks.
It's Starbucks what can I say. Clean facility including restrooms. I didn't mind the lingering smell of bleach. I actually appreciated the extra commitment by staff to ensure cleanliness. Only issue, one stall restrooms and the latch to the ladies restroom door seemed broken.
I came through the drive-through this morning to get my drink and a danish for my son. I didn’t come into the store because he has a cough, and what I think is pink eye, so I wanted to minimize my contact with anyone else. Thus the drive-through. The store has run out of stoppers, which is fine, but when I asked for a sticker, they said they couldn’t do that through the drive-through. What???That makes absolutely no sense! If I thought it best to come into the store, I would have, but it is completely ridiculous that you can’t put a sticker on a burning hot beverage that you’re handing to someone through the drive-through. If you can’t provide a stopper, the very least you could do is provide a sticker without someone needing to expose everyone in the store to unnecessary contact. The young lady at the front counter seemed extremely over her job. She did not smile, she did not greet me, even after I told her good morning. She rolled her eyes and asked if there was anything else I need and proceeded to rush me out of the store. I spend anywhere between six and $10 per DAY at Starbucks. The very least the employees working here could do is be polite. Customer service is not what it used to be. ??
My niece wanted to stop by for a coffee on our way to another appointment. She went in to get her order instead on going through the drive through. It was a little faster.
Greasy brownies. Somehow the hot chocolate was mostly milk and didn't taste like chocolate. I had to add some chocolate syrup at home and noticed that the top layer was oily when I opened the lid. Why? I had to skim what I could off the top. Thank goodness we had gift cards and our own chocolate syrup.
March 4, 2022 at 9:23 they closed. It's two vehicles here but they must be in the back relaxing because they're not visible at the window. They close at 10pmEmployees We're outside smoking cigarettes
I am *severely* lactose intolerant, I ordered my coffee with a milk substitute via mobile order. There was definitely dairy in there instead of the substitute and I am now doubled over in pain while trying to work a 12 hr shift. Don’t go to this location. Never had an issue at any other location and if they ever run out of a certain substitute they write that they used another substitute on the drink.
