I came to sonic out of all places to grab dinner out of other options I could have chose. I wanted a cherry limeade for starters and was craving a chili cheese coney whice I really could of just made at the house but I just wasn't in the mood to cook I picked tater tots instead of fries and out if the whole meal the drink was the best thing. The tots were very stale, hard and cold they may have been sitting all day since they opened who knows but I couldn't eat it. The chili cheese coney was ok needless to say I'll just stick to Sonic for my drink stop only and either go elsewhere or just eat what I have in my kitchen cause this was a total waste.

Needed a quick lunch fix. These guys were quick, when though I made 2 orders. The carhop was friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a Super Sonic Double Cheeseburger. I asked for mustard. It came with mayo. I pushed the red button, and was told it would be right out. 10 min later, I pushed the button, again. A lady came to my car, I'm guessing she was the manager, to make sure I didn't eat the burger I didn't want. WHAT?!?!? I told her to forget about it, I didn't have another 10 min to wait and left.

It's sonic. Always reliable. My favorite food app for ordering ahead and saving previous orders. Also nice to be able to purchase gift cards and send them to someone using the app.

Terrible service, especially with the app. Dont EVEN try to use it. Absolutely horrible!!

Last two times I've been close to closing time food was cooked perfectly. The Carhops were almost completely as well, and it took less than ten minutes to perfect my order each time. Definitely would recommend the Bedford location. ?

Rude manager and staff. My food was made wrong yesterday so i called about it today and manager said he will remake my burgers only. Fine i can pay for the sides and drinks. I got to the intercom to order and i told him my name as i spoked to him prior to coming. I didn’t even get to order my fries, drinks and other items. He cut me off didn’t ask if i was ordering anything else. Young lady was rude didn’t comprehend what i was asking for something so simple. She brought me my order got ugly with me and said “there’s the button just order again” I was just wanting to finish my order and no one helped me… Manager just laughed in my face and allowed the attitude from his employee. I asked for cooperate number he gave me a non working number of course.I would’ve been on with my day if they would’ve just taken my order all together.

Food and service were great as always. Problem was the physical location. Several of the stalls were out but the spots weren't blocked off, so you didn't know until after you pulled in.

I am not in the mood today. I pulled up an order the same thing I always get. French toast sticks. Every time I order French toast sticks I get two syrups. Today I order the same thing I always get. Only this time I ordered extra syrup. They brought me my French toast sticks and instead of Extra syrup there was less than normal. Only 1. So I click the red button and the guy answered and I told him that I ordered extra syrup but only got one and before I could even finish my sentence he interrupted me and said something that I could not hear because I was still talking, and in the red button call was no longer active. So the lady came back and she brought me one more syrup. I told her I asked for extra syrup. She was rude and gave me attitude. I looked on the receipt but her name is not on the receipt. It’s someone called Preston. Which I assume is the guy that cut me off. I wish I knew the girls name because she was very rude.

ALL sonics are going downhill. FAST. Customer service sucks, food is getting awful, wait times longer and longer. Not to mention half of the ordering screens don't even work. This place is a last resort for me and my family. And then it's a loss.
