I’m not sure why this location has so poor reviews. Coming from New Orleans this is one of the best Popeyes I’ve had in DFW so far.We sat inside to eat, the inside was nice and clean. Service was friendly and quick, plus the chicken wasn’t over cooked like I see for many Popeyes in Texas.I have no complaints on this location and glad I decided to pop in anyway.
By far this is the best location I've visited. I gave 4 stars because the chicken sandwich I ordered was kind of on the cool side and it chewed like it had been sitting for a while. I would have preferred to wait to get fresh sandwich. However, the service was outstanding! As I waited to get my order the woman in the drive window was alerting the manager that a car had been waiting too long in the pickup space to receive their order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They didn't know English. The sandwiches were cold. Another customer came in from drive thru his sandwiches were also cold. After waiting 10 minutes for fresh ones she gave the other customer his sandwiches before me. One of the guys was eating food in the kitchen. There was a lady standing there talking to them and one of the guys through flour at her. Very disappointed. Never go there again.
This place is ABSOLUTELY nasty, I went there to grab some dinner today May 30th 2022, I ordered a 4 pcs meal half spicy half regular, my stomach started to feel weird as soon as I finished eating it. I am seriously affected by this food trust me, I’ve got a Mexican bulletproof stomach, but this place has to be inspected by the authorities cause it’s not normal to have a reaction as fast as this one. If I don’t improve soon I will have to go to the hospital or something…. my flight departs tomorrow at 5am and I can’t even get out of the bathroom. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I really mean it.
Very poor customer service! I sat in the drive thru waiting for someone on the intercom. Nothing! So I had to drive around and go in very slow and lied about wait time 3 minutes turned into 10 minutes!! One worker walked right in start fixing boxes never washed his hands but telling me my food coming right up not from you buddy never apologized for the wait on my food food not hot at all spicy but not hot I will continue to give this place a bad review until “it” realizes it need to do better or move around and open something else damn thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff members did not greet us upon arrival, nor did they have a sense of urgency to be of service. My mashed potatoes were cold and the chicken strips were extremely oily. Most of the kitchen staff were not wearing their masks while handling the food. They did not speak or understand English. Consequently, I asked for our missing napkins, utensils and sauce in Spanish. This isn't the first time we've had terrible food and service here. Not coming back.
This place is absolutely horrible in every way possible. I usually do not write these type of surveys but I’ve been to this location for the last time which was my 4th time and I’ve never had a good experience whether it was the service or the food. I share a lot of the same experiences that everyone else has here bottom line is business is about people and when you have people that don’t care it shows and that starts with ownership at the top. Please fix this place and do better Popeyes deserves better than this if you using their name gives us the food and service we deserve…..
It might have been the worst Chicken Sandwich I've ever had. It wasn't crunchy, the bread from the chicken was sticking to the bun which means it has been sitting there and everything was just thrown together and soggy I didn't even finish everything accept the drink. .. the drink was the best thing. Cashier wasn't very friendly had no conversation and if I wouldn't have seen it he was going to give the wrong dipping sauce.. which I paid for 2 $50 never again will I go there.
I went to Popeyes usually I enjoy the chicken. I did not look in box before leaving but chicken was overly cook very hard. Also the wing was smaller than any wing I ever seen before it was a big disappointment. This Popeyes in Bedford need a new cook and a make over in the kitchen. If it was not cold and dark outside I would have gave this mess back. I will not be going back.
