Food was out of this world!!! Carne asada inside the tortas was so moist and tender and their endless chips and salsa bar is like none other!!! All their food taste GREAT, they do not miss the mark when it comes to good food!!!! Rebecca and the team are sooo sweet, with the brightest smiles and amazing service from the beginning to the end… they make us feel at home easily!
I was at the drive thru Arlette was the cashier she got my order just perfect, down to the t. The best customer service I’ve ever had, my wife and I always go on the weekends.
I cannot provide an opinion on the quality of the food at this place. I never got it. I spent 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line after which time I decided to leave. There was only one car in front of me and absolutely no one inside. No business should be that slow.

Pollo Regio, you would have gotten 5 stars, but..... Fried winnie!I enjoy eating at this and other locations at they are consistent in their offerings. While I usually stick with the usual grilled chicken or caldo de pollo, i decided to add the "grilled sausage" to the grilled chicken meal.The grilled sausage in not grilled. It's fried. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IN THE PHOTO. It is fried. Additionally, it's not sausage - well, at least not a sausage you would refer to as sausage. Most would probably call it winnie or frank, the same meat you would eat in a hot dog. Needless to say, I did not eat it. I took a bite off a chunk in attempt to give it a shot despite it being fried. They should change the name of this side dish to fried winnie or frank fries.

Great place to buy a smoked half chicken in one piece. Wife likes dark. I like light meat. Bonus for me is a side order of smoked chicken livers.
Always amazes me. The rice and beans are exceptional . The chicken is always moist and tasty. Don't forget the grilled onion. Just a quality eatery.
