Worst Hut around. A bunch of idiots work here. $35 for two dank medium pizzas, hour and half delivery and it shows up wrong. Guy called me a pussy thinking he was on mute. Y’all suck
Hit and miss on my special pizza..I always order the same light marinara and light cheese one day it is perfect then next order I get extra marinara not consistent do not know if they are trying to be funny. Skipping Pizza Hut next time
All my wings ordered was not edible. They were extremely burnt with barley any sauce....pizza was falling apart and very doughy.....very unhappy! Will never order from here again. The pizza tastes awful.....
Pathetic . This is what I open the container to see . First look how SMALL these are. One of them looks like they are someone’s left overs and the others look like the sauce was out in the container and not on the wings . Bad business Pizza Hut .
I ordered a pizza from this place and received a bland, barely any topping pizza, the dough was stiff as well. I contacted the manager here about my dissatisfaction and was told that I was lying and that they would block my number and no longer serve me. These 2 old lady’s at this store, who are probably twice divorced and were kicked out their husband’s homes have single-handedly dropped the quality of this establishment off their divorce papers and into their burning divorce settlement. If you don’t believe me, go to this place and you will see the 2 nutcases running this place, especially the manager.
My wife called and made order for deliveryThe pizza hadn't showed up so my wife called.Lil girl answered, my wife asked where the pizza was. The girl said that we had made a online order and there is nothing she can do. My wife told her, no I called up here and placed my order. The girl says that's not what my computer says. (Your 1 of 3 people at work. Turn to the other people to confirm if true.) No. My wife says are you calling me a liar? The lil girl says yes mam I am. My wife asked, "what is your name?" The lil girl refused to give her name. My wife said she would contact HR about how she's handling things. Lil girl said good luck with that and hung up phone on my wife. My wife tells me this. So I just head up to the store to get her name. Of course she refuses to give her name. The other 2 employees refuse to give her name as well. 2 girls and 1 guy working. 1 girl named Emma. Don't know the others. The lil girl told me to leave before she calls the cops. It's totally fine. Pizza hut can screw up your order. Call you a liar. Give you nothing and threaten to call the cops on you. Beware. If they mess up your order it's best to just give up and go somewhere else for fear of being jailed. Pizza hut in Bedford sucks big time.Just wanted her name. But no. She's a punk
Don't call your customers a liar
I purchased through contactless and this did not occur. All attempts to notify the store that I was outside failed (all employees lack any interest to answer phone calls, even as i dialed from within the store) along with while I was in the store no attention was given to me as the only customer until approximately 90 seconds later.
We got home to find out that over a third of our large cheese pizza was completely burnt. No quality control.
Pizza is always on time and exactly the way we want it. This is the best pizza spot for us in my area. I recommend Pizza Hut on 3229 Harwood rd Bedford.
