Pizza tastes spoiled or off, when i tried to explain this to the unknown woman who acted like i shot their dog by informing them how the pizza tasted, yelled over me said well i wasn’t here last night. Then the supervisor Hannah acted like she wanted to personally fight me in the background saying she’s still on the phone what does she want, she grabbed the phone said she as a supervisor does not have to give her name out. First time i ever called or had a problem with the pizza, why does anybody have to be that rude to a customer?? They must hire just anybody off the street.
Cannot get an answer calling for 6 days now no answer or answer and immediately hung up on....I got an order on 2nd of march 2022 and food was not edible.....my wings were burnt and pizza was super undercooked. Trying to get refund with no help at all. Pictures of my wings for reference. Have emailed and called many times....nothing.....
On many occasions when I have ordered pizza from this facility, It has arrived partially cooked. The dough is doughy instead of crisp and yesterday the cinnamon rolls were half dough instead of fully baked. I would feel more likely to order from you again if my pizza and or desserts were fully cooked.
First I ordered pasta for my granddaughter who cannot eat pizza. When I got the order they substituted a cookie and said they did not have pasta. I did not want a cookie! Additionally, this was the greasyist pizza I have ever had. The thin crust was limp and undercooked. The toppings were falling off the edge and the pizza was not properly cut. I have been a customer at pizza hut (the only place I buy pizza) for 40 years and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. You do not spend over 40.00 and get this type of product.
One star because no stars isn’t an option. Order was supposed to arrive at 9:30. Called the store a short time after it was supposed to be delivered. No answer, called the store a few more times. Store never answered a single call. My order never even got delivered and the store didn’t even give a courtesy call. If I was the GM or owner of this business I would completely overhaul the management and staff or consider shutting down entirely because this is a completely unacceptable way to operate.
It was easy to place my order. The order was ready when they said it would be ready. It was exactly what I ordered and best of all, it was DELICIOUS!!! Many thanks for a great dinner!
The order was placed online and didn’t arrive at the expected time. I called and the female worker explained that they were behind and only had one delivery driver and said we could pick up. I stated as long as the pizza was hot and fresh I did not mind. We did pick up only to find two very overwhelmed, hard working employees doing their best to keep things running all the while being cussed at by angry customers. Although delivery was well past when it should have been here she was very honest and made sure our pizza was fresh in spite of delays. We all need to be mindful of the hard workers that actually showing up and trying to do their best. Order date 12/30/2021
The last 2 times i ordered from this location, the quality was poor. I order the original pan on both occasions, the pan style crust dough is premade, yet whoever made the pizza still did a horrible job, it looks like a child prepared the pizza. I pay for extra cheese and extra sauce, neither was provided, and i even paid full price (no coupons). The toppings and cheese were pushed to the center, leaving a huge amount of plain crust. I used to order from this location all the time, the pizza was great, now i doubt i will return.
The Pizza Hut is 6 min down the road and it took them 20min to get to my house after they said it was out for delivery. I should have got my food at 5:50 and it was delivered 6:13. The pizza was cold. I have never been so disappointed.
Contactless delivery is one thing, but not letting us know of the delivery is another. We have a doorbell and the porch light was on. When I called about my order, she said it was delivered about 25 minutes ago, Sure enough our cold pizza was Outside.
