a woman obviously high on crack showed up to my house and when my 10 year old 20lb beagle barked one single bark to alert me someone was here and i walked outside to tip her in cash (and closed my door behind me) she cussed me out for putting her in danger by ordering delivery while owning a dog because apparently she has had some kind of traumatic experience with dogs in her past. Berated me for 5+ minutes about it before I just told her to have a goodnight and closed the door in her face. I am genuinely concerned about such a mentally unstable person knowing where I live now. I understand we are in a labor shortage but I would rather be told delivery wasn’t an option than let crack addicts have my address and get cussed out for owning a dog that she didn’t even come into contact with. absolutely insane experience. i will never order delivery from here again.
First time trying thier pizza, better than I thought. Will be getting more.
I waited an hour for a relatively straightforward pizza. Finally I checked the status, and it shows it was delivered. So, I call the branch and they tell me that maybe I didn't hear them knock. I'm ten feet from the door. They just took the pizza and threw it on the porch and ran like hell is what happened. This is Papa John's, not Amazon!! They will replace the order, but it looks like I'll be eating around 10pm tonight.
So somehow our order got messed up on the app. Called the store they immediately made us a new pizza and made everything perfect.

I had to ask the team member to wash her hands. Right after taking my cash she went straight to the pizza dough and picked it up to prepare a order. After seeing that I asked if she could wash her hands? She was nice about it, but, I just felt that’s something that I shouldn't have to ask.
whats the point of asking for a specific dipping sauce if im just going to be given the default sauce anyways? it must have been the past 3 orders i made of the cheese sticks that i changed the dipping sauce on the website to be the garlic sauce, but each time i received the pizza instead. the receipt even shows that i changed the dipping sauce, but i still get the wrong one.
Cody and Chris did a fantastic job on our order of 14 pizzas. They called about 30 min before the pizzas were ready to make sure we had everything we needed. A++
Suck a delivery service. Never Papajohn pizza in my life.
