Not happy bad service today at 9:20 I told the guy a happy meal burger plain burger so what is plain burger for them they didn’t do that they gave me pickles and onions and ketchup so mad plus they give me no ? Straw no No ketchup I told him boys kids meal and they gave me girls kids meal l would never returnedAnd just to let everybody the guy is white skinny with glasses don’t even try to go people
I have yet to go to a McDonalds and seen the type of behavior that the mgr displayed that day. My co-rider ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked that they layer the chocolate between the ice cream rather than it be all on top. She didn't ask for EXTRA however was charged for extra. She was fine with this however the person taking the order (we later found out it was the store mgr) told her after huffing and puffing that they were way too busy to make such a request. She said that was fine She would tell them at the window. I was confused because if you can make a special req why would u even take the order and how is this any different than someone requesting no onions on a burger or no salt on the fries? Customer service has changed so much post COVID and its sad to see the leadership being the instigators or not taking accountability. In the end the girl at the 2nd window tried to layer it but the mgr stopped her. My co-rider took the name of the mgr ( she had to ask someone else for his name as he told her he didn't give out his name) and was goin to talk to corporate about the locally "veteran owned" McDonald's. All I can hope for is that they right this wrong.
Cheap American food fast.like hamburgers fries shakes.but customer service is less because the dining rooms close to early for someone who works late and has no car so I can't do the dirt I've through
I would give one star if I could. I was the only person in the drive-thru my order took too long to come out. I was embarrassed giving this food to my dad and niece. The food was cold and fries were soggy. I wanted large fries and drink and was given medium. I guess the staff and "manager," and I say manager loosely, need to be re-trained on their customers service skills. Instead of making it right, the drive thru employee got the manager out and they both called me a liar. I really didn't appreciate that response out of them. I wasn't expecting anything other than a large fry and drink. I even told them I'd pay the difference but they didn't offer. Please retrain your staff or you'll lose everyone's business. You've lost mine and I've told people to avoid this particular location.
McDonalds on NE corner of Glade & 121. All during COVID was drive-through only. Almost always a line which moves quickly and I've NEVER had an incorrect order. Staff is always nice. The other day they had person outside w/tablet taking orders in drive-through. Nice touch. Last week's visit I noticed they are selling vege burgers which are good. Also noticed people are going inside.
this is usually my go to location but tonight there was plastic in my drink, the only reason i noticed it is because i didnt have a straw … thank GOD i didnt swallow it, it was not the only thing i ordered but that was a waste of time spent and gas waiting in the drive thru. i tried calling them because i didnt notice it until i got home and nobody answered!!
Had a goodie sausage and egg McMuffin and two hash browns. I guess they are so fast they forgot the other hash brown Slow down and get it right. I didn't notice untill I was on the freeway
It is hard to give McDonalds a 4 star rating. The food is okay. However, the staff are amazing. Very friendly and expedient. The restaurant is very clean, and service is excellent. The drive thru runs fast and smooth, like a well oiled machine. We are regulars here.-Soccer Dad
This McDonald’s is the Crappyest in the area; they take so long and can’t go any faster, they are always very slow, like my mom got in line at 10:50pm, and is still waiting at 11:120 pm at night; you guys need more staff at night or just learn to work faster.
This is a particularly well run and clean establishment. I've been here many times as a big user of the McDonald's app and I and I have never gotten a meal that was not fresh out of the fryer. Very consistent french fries!I've also never found myself waiting.
