This location has always been quick and efficient when I have visited. It is located right off an access road which means it's generally busy. The food is usually of decent quality, though I had a filet o fish that was a bit cool in the center and more fishy tasting than I've had at other locations. Otherwise, I don't have complaints about this location.
I went there for a small purchase and the young man who helped me at the kiosk and with my order was very very professional and helpful! The place was very clean. This McDonald's has been one of my favorites for several years. I used to take my granddaughter there every single week multiple times when she was young and we eat McDonald's food, watch TV, and play games.
Worst freaking McDonald's. Order is always wrong. Then order a McFlurry online .So I wouldn't have to be in a long line LIKE ALWAYS. When I got to there I checked in a it said tell us your number at the speaker. FML. For a McFlurry in that line no thanks. So I call to see of they can put the money back on my card or app. The lady said oh no only if you go through the drive thru. We are closed. Fml again just wanted a dam.Mcflurry. so at the end of this, I got NO McFlurry, and No money back. Unbelievable
Worst experience today! We stood there today for 10 min inside without service or a single word from staff, who was consumed with drive through orders. Not a word of acknowledgement or apology.Decided to use machine to order, which was not working, either.Finally decided to go to another location.
What I'll always love about Mikey D is the consistency of their products. It doesn't matter if you order a Chicago or Denver it will always be the same. I think that it's important these days to have something you can rely on even if it's cheap fast food. People always have something negative to say about McDonald's and yet I always have to wait for my order because of so many people ahead of me. It's like airline food. All you hear is how bad it is and yet the time I have flown I've never seen anyone around my seat turn down the meal when it's being served.
Dounle cheeseburger, fries Dr pepper and a Bib Mac meal with Dr pepper.Timely service, hot food. The weather: Especially cold that day. Hot food was sooo good.
It's a pretty good McDonald's as far as the food goes. I've had staff make errors more than once including charging my debit card on the app after I specifically said not to, causing that McDonald's to cost me $20 plus the meal cost.
Love this location! Maddie and Katrina have always been great managers whenever things went wrong, and I know it isn't easy in food service. Usually great quality, speed is great, and customer service is among the best. Definitely coming back!

Easily the best McDonald's I've been to!!I'm from Illinois and have ate here 4 or 5 times since I've been in texas..I always ask for a well done burger..Back home they mite cook it well done 1 out of 5 times..This location has cooked my food right everytime I've been..I've noticed the people working are actually working..definitely recommended from me.
