This stote needs training in how tp answer their phones. What's the sense og paying for phone???????? Maybe they don't know how to answer landlines. They are terrible!!!!!!Maybe corporate needs to become aware of how the name is being torn to hell.
I'm very disappointed that customer service is so personal. Tonight I experienced a manager racially profile myself and another customer with his greetings. Also the way he asked a customer if he could read his receipt to complete his order because he don't have time. I wanted to ask for my money back because of what took place. I'm sure nothing major would happen but hopefully things will change in time. We are all human beings trying to live on earth without the disrespect. Will not be returning
Dead & dry pizza! You'll do understand that we are still basically Covid-19 dining. Look at these people, that are feedings. If one is sick, most likely if they're not vaccinated, it becomes a big cesspool.
Solid. We get it weekly with the kiddos. I prefer the Italian bread to the pizza but it's all good.
The parking is easy in and out real quick with hot delicious food and a friendly staff with a smile
Went to location on 12/5/21 at Central Dr and Harwood by Big Lots. No one in the back cooking or making pizza's had on a mask. What gives. I think the city of Bedford Health dep/Tarrant county health dept should be aware. Everyone cooking or serving should be wearing a mask.
I'm not even sure if Little Caesars has ever been good to me in the past when I ate it but the quality of food has gone down significantly ?? I ordered the slices-N-stix with a promotion my wireless company had and I should of just left well enough alone cause now I feel nauseated and sick to my stomach.
They gave my pizza away. And was so apologetic and nice.Great customer service.
