The guy that takes orders there is super snarky and rude to customers, if you know what I’m asking then make it happen don’t be a dxck like chill out old man. You never have people there and it’s because of you dude. And yelling out the drive through window was a class act, loser.
Awesome customer service. Last night my order was cold and the taste wasn't there, but to be fair it was 20 minutes before closing. Anyways, I talked to the location about it and Amanda gave me another of my order free of charge and was hot and tasty as well. Great job.
Victoria nailed it! It was my second time to this location, Owner I assume, same man as last time i was there was attentive and concerned that your happy with you order. Very personable. I drive the extra distance for the extra service.
I love this KFC location! They have excellent customer service and the food is always seasoned + fresh. I order the KFC bowl ever time and it’s always a full bowl with more than enough gravy and chicken. Thank you so much to the team at this location I really appreciate you all.
Service was very fast which was nice.The biscuits were unfortunately hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes were old and had that gross skin on them that happens when they dry out. The soda machine was hot and out of ice. Lastly the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels which leaves me to wonder how the staff washes their hands. Over not a great experience but could have been worse.
Ordered online, I there a about 10 minutes after the app said "your food is ready". Once someone finally came and talked to me, I told the kid I had a model order and said"Uh no you dont" then preceded to ask me if I was going to wait for it and if I still wanted it,This being after I had to tell him to repeat him self because he wouldn't speak up.. then when I told him yeah I was going to wait and yes I wanted what I had ordered... then another guy tell me that they don't have half my meal and that I needed to call and get a refund, he then calls the owner and they finally made it "ok" but this was another 30 minutes after I had gotten there.. they seemed way more worried about the drive thru..(the whole staff).. I highly recommend not using the app and calling them 1st.. but I will drive to Irving befor I go here again..
Been craving KFC for past 6 months...went to this store and it was absolutely...TERRIBLE. Over $27 (no drinks). Biscuits hard as rocks, all 8 pieces of chicken old, mashed potatoes old and corn old. My wife and I tried to force ourselves to eat almost 1 piece of chicken, a small spoonful of mash & corn and a piece of one biscuit. By old I mean it seemed as though all the food was, at the very least, 6 hours old. Wasn’t very hot either (heat lamps). I will never go back to this store. Threw the food away. I hope I don’t get sick.
I was attempting to pick up a delivery order. They are grossly understaffed. While I waited, they fumbled through 2 botched online orders. They didn't begin preparing my order until long after I arrived. Corperate needs to look at this location with a magnifying glass. I wouldn't recommend this store even if there weren't a chicken joint on every corner. Bad form.
I didn't like that the location had the doors locked around noon.No signs posted saying the dining room was closed.
I was served a fresh family tender meal as requested by Angelina and Ethan tonight. I must say they have the best customer service I've experienced at this location since moving to Bedford(almost 2year ago now). And I honestly don't want to return unless they are there. All smiles, and very polite. When bring my food out after a very short wait Ethan ASKED ME did I get my sauce. He waited till I checked for it and even offered to go back for it before I even finished checking! Idk about yall but that screams excellent customer service to me. I worked at McDonald's for almost 5years a while back and I can honestly say I don't think I was ever that polite and happy to be there then they was. I really appreciate yall and keep up the excellent work!!!?
