1 star because I went tonight at around 7:25 , I ordered two #t6 and two bean burritos. Only to receive my order wrong . Instead of fixing the issue , they kept telling me my order was right , when I'm a regular and I always order the same . They took my bag of food and went through it multiple times and didn't want to give me my t6 combo I was missing , after them going through my bag a few times they said they will fix it . Only to get home and have the bean burritos missing this time so my son didn't get his food . I felt like they thought I was trying to get free food or something. I'm offended and upset!! I paid for it and they got my order wrong still !!
Horrible service. I saw a black shirt employee peeking at me from the kitchen and I still was not helped.
This location never has what we want. For a place with buckets of chicken on the menu, they never have it or they tell us it will be a 30 minute wait. This place may as well close at night time!
This is the absolute worst KFC/Taco Bell.They are always rude. Never seem to have their full menu. The chicken side is quite often not fresh, sometimes cold. I say sometimes because they are close to my house so I keep trying but this time I’ve had it. I highly recommend not going to this one. You will most likely be disappointed, if not mad.
I’m order drive thru they tell me to wait the front , I’m wait for 30 minutes the worker was taking with her friend
Every time I come to this location it’s ALWAYS CLOSING EARLY! What’s the point of not being able to keep the business open during posted times? I even tried to call before driving here, bad business! Line backed up at drive-thru cause no one comes to the speaker. Only giving 1 star because it’s the only way to post.
10:15 am on a Sunday morning got some chicken mash potatoes and Mac and cheese everything was in the bag napkins silverware and the food was fresh
1. Gave us 2 Dr. Peppers that tasted horrible2. Put lettuce in a famous bowl, which lettuce doesn’t go in3. I paid for mashed potatoes, didn’t receive them4. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced5. This was all in one trip to this KFC ?
Found 3 hairs cooked inside of my Chicken sandwich
The drive thru staff was very rude. Didn't even have at least basic courtesy.
