Weren't quite prepaired for the Sunday lunch rush. No ice, no medium lids and only a 2 person crew. That said, the crew did a amazing job to take orders in-person and online and fill them in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the crowd, the tables were clean and the line moved fairly quickly.
Enjoy fresh cut to order meats & cheeses. Would like more vegetable options like spinach instead of lettuce. Bread is good
Woman couldn't count at the register and then wanted to argue. They didn't have white bread available and the bread I got sucked. Not going back
I visited most of the stores in the area of Fort Worth Bedford, and off of 360. I have not been in a Jersey Mike's when cleanliness was not being kept up. I love their sandwiches, because they are always fresh and they taste extra delicious (to me) with a bag of chips and Pepsi.

***Customer service failure.I am a regular customer of this place ordering #43 Chipotle giant size to go all the time. One day, there was an Asian girl ---my guess is that she looked Chinese(She looked East Asian rather than brown Asian from the southern region of the Asia continent). She was about 5 feet 1inch tall, and chubby.As usual, I ordered #43 Chipotle giant size to go adding Jalapeno and mushrooms, she charged me extra dollars under #45 at the checkout. The first time she did that, I let her slide thinking she made a mistake, and didn't mention it to her. When she did that again the second time, I had to stop and asked her knowing she did it on purpose. When I asked her why she charged me #45 when I ordered #43, she answered " If you add mushrooms and Jalapeno, it makes #45" I was so shocked by her response that she didn't even ask for my permission to ring up more expensive but similar Sub and didn't allow a customer to customize their own sandwiches without charging extra.She was penny-pinching, unpleasing her regular customer.Penny's pinching might help in the short term but in long term not good for the business because she just lost her regular customer who is not returning anymore due to the poor customer service she rendered.When she repeatedly altered a customer order and rang up a more expensive sub multiple times without a customer's consent just to penny pinch, I decided to try a different location instead of returning to this place. I would rather redirect my money to help other Jersey mike's locations, which treat customers right than supporting this place.Tip--- This short, and chubby East Asian(potentially Chinese) girl(can't remember her name) needs some customer service training if a store manager happens to read this post.
I love this place! So good and the sandwiches always are fresh!! I only give 4 out of 5 stars because of the gloves not being changed out between cash register and sandwich. I’ve worked in the food industry for a lot of my life and I know how hard it is to forget to change gloves but it is super important :) will be returning but definitely wanted to bring this up for future visits! Nonetheless y’all rock! Keep up the awesome work!
Always great customer service and I just love their food..and they have soda with real sugar cane..so I dont feel bad about having a soda

The sandwiches are bland, the meat is very dry and is missing seasoning. I had to heat my sub in my toaster oven to melt the cheese ! it's a Philly cheese steak the cheese should be melted! the service is poor and I'm tired of hoping I get a good sandwich. it's hit or miss at this point.??
