I’d like to make it clear that my entire rating is based on the following:I went to jack in the box because I was craving bacon cheese curly fries. I got there and was told that they DONT do it any more. That they do it for the tacos, but NOT for the fries. That there is a buttons, they just DONT do it. I’m just dumbfounded. All you do is add cheese and bacon. It’s not like you’re working with raw meat. I’d understand that. But LITERALLY you just put cheese and bacon in it. I hats the whole reason I ever go to jack in the box. I guess I have ti find somewhere else to get my fries at ?
I’m allergic to eggs and been coming here for months yet they still mess my order up almost every time in the mornings
Ordered the fajita pita and the chicken was cold and the ingredients looks like they where just thrown in the bag. There was no way to eat it like a sandwich because the pita was demolished.
Worst service I ever received at this restaurant or any Jack in the Box for that matter! Order was wrong, restaurant was dirty, food was thrown together very badly and cold, the employees were rude. I even overheard one of the employees cussing someone out at the drive thru. It was a horrible experience. I will never eat there again!
I am going to give 2 stars because I always love the caramel coffee and the customer service wasn't two bad BUT...Okay, they have this thing at night where they have two many online orders or Doordash orders so they shut out the rest of the customers. Okay, I can understand shutting down the inside but I am not notified that they shut down to drive thru customers too that when I get to the speaker and they say, "Sorry man, we're only doing online orders and Doordash." Hold up, now I get stuck with two cars behind me and like four in front of me. I cannot move out of the line and my car engine is just runnning and it's costing me gas for something I can't get.So JACK in Harwood, please let people know before they pull up to the speaker so they won't be stuck. And in doing so, you'd get 3 stars- because as a past multi-brand area manager myself I was taught and taught others to not turn down any customers!
Been trying to get a refund since December 28th and have contacted the customer service website multiple times now. I'm going to come shut down your drive through and see if that gets a response!
To make sure everyone knows we don't make our tacos they are premade and come from the warehouse all we do is fry them and throw lettuce and taco sauce on them that's it! And we do run out of tacos alot! There is always taco bell
They gave me some nasty square patty of meat on my sourdough jack!! It tasted like a microwaved frozen patty from the store! Since when tf do you serve square patties?! Never going back to any Jack in the Box again.
Ordered 2 tacos w/xtra cheese. Received one with a slice of cheese and little meat and another with nothing but a little meat.Where was the lettuce and salsa??? I only give 2 stars because the drive-thru employee made it right, but I had to re-drive-thru to get it remedied.What if I had driven further down the highway before realizing the problem? Sounds like a retraining of the cooks is in need.
The people were friendly. English/Spanish speaking if you need. Price is reasonable for all pockets. Casual fast food place . One of the few left that serve breakfast all day. Indoor dining is open currently (Nov 2021)
