I love the tea so the one star rating isn't for the tea, but for the bad management decisions and the poor employees taking order's outside in 102 degree weather without any kind of shade provided. How hard would it be to put up a canopy for shade and don't say the wind would blow it over, that's just bad management, the poor girl looked like she was ready to pass out. Treat your employees right, because people don't quit their jobs they quit their bosses.
I’m not sure what’s happened, but the teas including the lemonade tasted better when they first opened the store. The flavors are not consistent every day. I haven’t figured out if the tea is better when the manager is there or not. The teenagers working there should learn to be more friendly/hospitable. I told one of the girls the tea tasted like another tea, she insisted it was right. I know the drink I get all the the time and how it tastes. Instead of saying it was right, good customer service says “would you like me to remake it or try something else?” I had to say can we please change because it doesn’t taste good, and both girls looked at me like I had monkeys on my face. Overall they are good, I just wished they were more consistent in their flavors, I know they won’t alway taste exactly the same but at least not taste like the cheap kind at a grocery store.
Misleading menu. Pictures show fruit in the drinks and actually don't have any unless you pay extra.. I spent $3 on a fruit tea without any fruit... the tea is not very sweet even whenever you order it sweet. The ice was melted I had to ask for a separate cup of ice and got an eye roll because I asked for a cup of ice.. this was my first and my last time there.
I finally had the chance to try out this place! And so far, I'm very happy with the customer service. Super friendly! I told the young lady, it was my first time and she was very patient and helpful. I am on a low carb diet so therefore I can't indulge on too many sweets. So I'm happy to see HteaO has unsweet teas!! As for the unsweet teas, the taste is not strong, very light on taste buds; it's refreshing! My husband and I ordered the unsweet peach ginger and u.s. coconut tea. I really liked the peach ginger! I suggest you bring your own healthy sweetener like monkfruit or stevia to add a sweet flavor to your drink. There is also happy hour from 2-4pm, paid 2.60 for both drinks!! My daughter lives here in Texas, she loves this place. However, when my daughter took her brother and I, it wasn't very good. Tasted like diluted flavored water. It's definitely a waste of money to me. I only shipped my drink, where as my son, literally poured it out! I wouldn't suggest this place if you really wanted a good tea to drink with great taste. If you're paying a good amount of your hard earned money on a drink, it should taste good! Sorry, but this is truth!!
The tea is amazing. Just don't get a drink carrier the handles are flimsy. We ordered 2 mediums yesterday got home stepped out the car and the handle broke. So long tea and didn't have time to go grab more I was shook so sad.
So many teas to choose from, I was a little worried that the teas would be too sweet. But it has the perfect amount of sweetener. I like the variety of fruits they have to choose from. Overall delicious Teas
